From what I saw in the comments of the original post this guy seems to be a pro in exactly these kinds of drive by's and has been plaguing the junta forces in his region for a while now

Additionally, Russia has entered the world's top 5 countries in terms of the number of dollar billionaires. According to the Global Wealth Report, there are a total of 122 billionaires in the country.
