Exclusive InformNapalm. How Russian air defense was lured to work against a Russian Su-57 💥✈️
Today, the international intelligence community InformNapalm is partially revealing the details of a successful HUMINT+CYBINT operation, one of the practical results of which was the destruction of a Russian fifth-generation fighter jet Su-57 in the Moscow region.
According to InformNapalm, as a result of a comprehensive cognitive influence and cyber intervention, it was possible to influence the operation of the air defense unit of the "BARS Moscow" formation and turn the Russian air defense system into a tool for targeting its own aviation.
But it all started a little earlier.
On July 17, InformNapalm informed that they were processing a new, interesting set of materials intercepted from the Russians. Among them were streams from a training ground where the air defense units of "BARS Moscow" were being prepared to counter Ukrainian long-range drones.
📹 The video in this post is one of those intercepted streams.
As a result of the analysis, InformNapalm prepared an analytical note and sent it to the relevant components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The document contained systematized data on the training of personnel, the hardware and software complex, combat algorithms, and identified vulnerabilities in the "BARS Moscow" system.
📄 The second screenshot shows a small excerpt from this note.
The information obtained was used not only for observing the enemy. Approaches were found that allowed to influence the operation of one of the "BARS Moscow" units and use the system created by the Russians against a Russian target.
The result was seen by everyone today. A Su-57 was shot down in the Moscow region. The Russian Ministry of Defense rushed to explain the loss as a "technical malfunction," while in the Russian Z-community, reports of sabotage in the operation of the "BARS Moscow" air defense system have already appeared. That is why they decided to partially disclose information about this operation.
By the way, the version about the "technical malfunction" of the Su-57 is not new. Back in 2025, as part of a joint CYBINT operation called OKBMLeaks, InformNapalm published classified documents from a Russian manufacturer of components for this aircraft. The material was translated and distributed in 13 languages and published in numerous foreign media outlets.
The Russian air defense system worked. But this time, it was in the interests of Ukraine.

Russia created "BARS Moscow" to protect the Moscow region from Ukrainian long-range drones. In the end, one of its units helped to remove a Russian Su-57 from the sky.

Additionally hackers gained access to the radar system of one of the enemy's regions
As a result of the operation, control has been established over the infrastructure responsible for monitoring the airspace in all regions.
This access has been maintained for 1.5 years.
The materials obtained include technical documentation, event logs, and internal data.
This is just one of several facilities to which hackers have gained access as part of an ongoing campaign.
I might publish more operations related to this hack later🥹

🇬🇧 We like to blame stupid admirals or bad procurement. And yes, the Royal Navy had inefficient habits before. But it used to be big enough to absorb mistakes. Now Britain gives it so little money and so few people that even efficiency cannot save it. 🇬🇧👥📉…

Britain wants a stronger military. It just doesn’t want to fight or pay for one.
A new YouGov survey of more than 2,300 Britons found:
▪️ 6% would volunteer during an imminent invasion.
▪️ 14% would serve if called up.
▪️ 17% would refuse to defend the country.
▪️ 52% claim they would be ineligible because of age or disability.
Meanwhile:
▪️ 29% believe Britain could face a full-scale military attack within the next decade.
▪️ 53% are not confident the Armed Forces could defend the country.
▪️ 57% believe defence spending is too low, while just 6% think it is too high.
But more than half oppose paying for higher defence spending through increased taxes, public-service cuts or additional borrowing.

🇷🇺🇬🇪The Upper Lars border crossing transformed into a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie. In the autumn of 2022, hundreds of thousands of Russians crossed the border with Georgia, many abandoning their cars on the roadside or selling them right at the border.

“If you actually read Russian history, they’re cocky fuckers who’ve spent their entire existence attacking somebody, and with some success too. But for hundreds of years, every 50 to 100 years, somebody beat the absolute shit out of them. Burned Moscow to the ground, wrecked them, crushed them. Then they’d all crawl back into their little shitholes and stew there until they came out with the same imperial ambitions all over again. Every 50 to 100 years, anyone can check: they’ve never had 200 years of peace in a row. Probably not even 100. But this is the first, the very first war of their lives where Ukrainians aren’t fighting on their side, but against them. They’re fucked.”
