There's gonna be literally nothing to indicate that there was a parade in Moscow on that day is there - they'll close one street and show footage of last year's parade

No further territorial changes in Mali today besides the ones early in the morning
Extremely suspicious calm everywhere.
FAMa was busy with the ceremony for Camara today and otherwise seems to be trying to dig in for now. Curfews in major cities like Bamako with FAMa patrolling the streets.
FLA is likely busy bringing troops south from Kidal.
JNIM did make some advances earlier today as mentioned but besides that nothing much, their "blockade" of Bamako is semi working as many drivers are afraid to use the major roads into/out of Bamako
IS-SP/GS is dead silent besides internal radio communications surrounding Menaka as also previously mentioned.
Russians allegedly had 5 military cargo planes land at Bamako today however it's not confirmed
Seems to be the quiet before the storm for everyone, with JNIM and FLA preparing for further offensives and FAMa digging in for now

The AIF and their drone team have released footage of their operations against the Junta to commemorate International Working People's day

Falam fully fell to Junta forces around 5-6 days ago
After months of marching and getting ambushed junta forces reached the town and forced rebel forces out via an unprecedented aerial bombing campaign
Rebel formations understood the futility of sitting in a town and getting obliterated by drones and airstrikes and thus withdrew outside the town
Junta has now regained Falam town, their former base and the airport

The Junta seems to have found a psychological cheat code with some rebel formations
In the case of PDF units and now also the Chin forces they prefer to let the town fall into junta hands rather than let it get completely obliterated by airstrikes just for the sake of holding a town
During the renewed junta offensives time after time rebel forces withdrew from the urban areas due to an unwillingness to sacrifice the continued existence of said town just for some PR.
They withdraw outside the town regroup and then see what they do next, with the Junta itself regaining control over their precious towns.
This does not apply to all rebel formations however as the KIA, one of the oldest in the country, and the AA, which was mentored by the KIA, have shown a willingness to allow the junta to turn a town into Stalingrad destruction wise just to take it.

๐ฒ๐ฑ - AFP reports that several drivers who ignored JNIM's blockade orders for Bamako were killed on Tuesday on the Bamako-Sikkaso road
JNIM seemingly does possess the ability to enforce their blockade in parts and it's not just a fully fear based blockade

โก๏ธ๐ฒ๐ฒ NYT: Myanmarโs military junta has announced it will allow ousted civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi to serve the remaining 18 years of her prison sentence in a โdesignated residenceโ, citing โhumanitarian concernsโ and its own โbenevolenceโ.
The regime released a rare photo of her on state television.
Her son, Kim Aris, said she remains a hostage cut off from the world.
Human rights groups called the move a public relations manoeuvre to win international favour. The junta has held more than 22,000 political prisoners since the 2021 coup.
