“Rubicon” used BM-35 long range kamikaze drone with Starlink to attack the plane at Kanatove reserve airfield in Kirovohrad oblast.

The F-16 is the ADF variant or it's decoy. Several non-flyworthy airframes were delivered from the US as decoys/spare parts/training guides.
