At some point, I feel we have forgotten just how sacred and wonderful a simple kiss can be.

Throughout history, kisses have carried powerful meanings.

From the spiritual symbolism surrounding Jesus and Mary Magdalene to Judas's kiss of betrayal, a kiss has represented everything from love and devotion to suffering.

But there is something particularly beautiful about a kiss on the forehead.

In spiritual traditions, the forehead is associated with the third eye, the center of intuition, wisdom, and inner knowledge.

Kissing someone on the forehead means saying, without uttering a single word, "I see you...

I care about you. You are safe with me."

It is not about passion or possession. It is about tenderness, respect, protection, and a love that goes beyond the physical...

During the Vietnam War, the U.S. military recruited Native American trackers and scouts. According to the story, something extraordinary began to happen.

The talents and abilities these men had demonstrated on their reservations seemed to mysteriously disappear, as one recruit after another failed to achieve the expected results in the field.

When asked to explain their failures, the older recruits consistently replied that they could no longer sense the presence of the enemy once their hair had been cut in accordance with military regulations.

They could no longer rely on their sixth sense. Their intuition was no longer dependable, and they had lost much of their ability to interpret subtle signs in their surroundings.

According to certain Native American beliefs, hair is an extension of the nervous system — a kind of highly developed sensory apparatus or antenna capable of transmitting vast amounts of important information to the brainstem, the limbic system, and the neocortex.
