LM.CCD config adapted for OnePlus 13

What's Working :

Main, Telephoto, Selfie, UW, Night Sight, Portrait, Videography (4k 60fps + Stabilization)

Changelogs : 

• Based on LM.CCD_v3_Sabre config by LaoMa
• Upscaling is enabled by default for Selfie Camera
• Removed extra profiles (which i felt useless)
• Miscellaneous small tweaks done by me.

Since there is some confusion related to this, let's sum it up!

What remains unaffected:

- Unlockin BL
- Flashing ROMs based on newer firmware (FW)

What's not possible:

- Downgrading base FW (below 16.0.3.50x) or flashing older versions of stock rom / custom roms based on older FW. Doing the same will result in hard bricks!
- Unbricking device with older available exploit's or tools which used to work with older FW versions

Conclusion:

- OEM is becoming more restrictive eventually, look for other brands for seamless tinkering scope in future.
- Probably a move to make open EDL methods redundant.
