Must Christians keep believing to be saved?
John 3:18 (AKJV)
¹⁸He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

A fair warning: The Sola Fide chat is NOT Free Grace. They are fruit-inspectors, and I strongly urge you to never look to them for spiritual advice.

The one giving him "The Gospel" was a Grahamite
The same as the pope who thought unbelievers can be saved if they're good ppl
Look how Epstein understood the gospel (OSAS) and chose to reject it
Making him a Romans 1 reprobate
Only 2 understand the gospel:
- Those who understood the gospel and rejected it (reprobates)
and
- Those who understood the gospel and accepted it (the saved)

Proving Once Saved Always Saved — John 3:18
¹⁸He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
—|John 3:18|—
One requirement: Believe. Nothing else. Not even continual belief, because it says that the people condemned are those who HAVE NOT believed. So in essence, once you believe in Jesus one time it is impossible for you to go to hell, because you can never say that you HAVE NOT believed.

Proving Once Saved Always Saved — John 5:24
²⁴Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
—|John 5:24|—
"heareth my word" = hearing the words of Christ. And "believeth" is the requirement to trigger 3 things...
1. Present-tense possession of everlasting life ("HATH")
2. At no point in the future will you go to hell ("SHALL NOT")
3. Already alive in Christ ("IS passed...") indicating that no future process must be done to keep it
Everything in this verse proves that a saved person cannot lose his salvation. Even the term "believeth", which means the conviction that something is true, happens at a moment in time.

If you believe the gospel one time for one nanosecond then you're saved from hell forever.
