What has been passed, proposed/pending and legislated this year alone:

✅ PASSED:
* International Protection Act 2026: They’ve locked Ireland into the EU migration machine. The “faster procedures” are just a way to cycle people through the system and grant them legal status quicker. Expect the flow of arrivals to continue unabated.
🟡 PROPOSED/PENDING:
* Defence (Amendment) Bill (Triple Lock): They are killing Irish neutrality. They want to be able to send our Irish men & women to fight in (((foreign conflicts))) without UN oversight. You are being prepared for international military adventures.
* Removal of Abortion Waiting Period: Currently, the law requires a three-day delay. This was sold to the Irish public in 2018 as a “safeguard”, a moment for the woman to reflect, consult with family, or reconsider basically. By removing it, the government is signaling that they want the process to be instant, unchecked, and frictionless.
📋 GOVERNMENT & EU MEASURES:
* The EU Migration/Asylum Pact & Integration Measures: This is the “flood.” They are using these policies to turn hotels, schools, and local communities into permanent housing zones for non-nationals. “Integration” is just code for ensuring they never leave.
* Employment Permit Reforms: They are importing cheap foreign labor to ensure Irish wages stay low and your youth have no competition. They don’t want you employed, they want you replaceable.
* Nature Restoration & Nitrates Laws: This is the War on Food. They are regulating the Irish farmer out of business as previously discussed on this channel. If they control the land and the nitrogen, they control who eats. They are systematically destroying the independence of our rural heartland.
* Climate & Carbon Taxes (ETS2): This is the War on Your Wallet. They are intentionally making fuel and heat unaffordable to break the middle class. They want you dependent on state “energy credits”, which you’ll only get if you comply.
* Planning & Development Act: They’ve taken away your local voice. You can no longer stop them from putting a migrant centre next to your home. The decision is now made by technocrats in Dublin and Brussels.
* Digital Identity Wallet & Digital Services Act: This is the Digital Prison. It’s the infrastructure to tie your ability to work, bank, and speak to a government ID. Once the “voluntary” phase ends, you won’t be able to exist in modern society without it.
* EU AI & Data Acts: They are building the infrastructure to monitor and govern the digital sphere to ensure no Nationalist counter-culture grows online.

They have achieved more destruction in four months than most regimes manage in ten years. They are working around the clock to delete the legacy of your ancestors and rewrite the laws of your land before you even have time to process the last betrayal. Ireland is being dismantled at breakneck speed. The window to stop this is slamming shut.

Why An Taisce? They’re just charitable environmental heritage advocates, right?

That’s the lie they pay MILLIONS (of your taxes) to broadcast. It’s another NGO mask. It allows them to claim they’re “saving the planet” while they systematically dismantle the foundations of your country.

They aren’t a government body. They are a private club of activists, bankrolled by your taxes, operating entirely outside the reach of your vote.

They decide if you’re allowed to build a home.
They decide if your local farm is “sustainable” or “excessive.”

They decide which projects stop, and which projects get ticked.
They aren’t protecting nature, they are hoarding control. They’ve turned our planning laws into a weapon of mass stagnation. They’ve spent decades pulling the levers of power from behind a desk, safe in their offices, convinced that the people they’re liquidating would never actually walk up to their front door.

An Taisce believe they’re untouchable. They believe the “environmental” shield protects them, but they’re just an office full of people who have never had to face the families they’ve dismantled. They’ve never had to look a farmer in the eye or explain to a young couple why they killed their mortgage application. Why would they? The people have no idea who really runs the show and its by design to keep the cog turning.
They never expected you to show up. They think you’ll just keep shouting into the void of the internet or to a symbolic building while they continue to architect the collapse of your future.

To any farmers reading this, lorry drivers, business owners and activists. Forget the parliament buildings, and go to An Taise.

I’ve gone through the state’s own internal records to prove that the chaos you see in the shops and the energy sector is intentional and not accidental.

> The fact: The state is locked into a 25% reduction in agricultural emissions by 2030, with specific mandates for chemical nitrogen cuts.
>The implication: These aren’t “environmental goals”, these are technical specifications for the dismantling of the Irish farming sector. The state is legislating the contraction of your food supply to meet an arbitrary administrative target.

> The fact: S.I. 236/2026 allows planning applications to proceed even if the applicant is not the landowner, provided statutory undertaker/rights to service conditions are satisfied.
> the implication: This is the legal foundation for infratructure encroachment. The state can now designate “infrastructure corridors” across private land for grid expansion and state projects, bypassing local opposition under the guise of “national priority.” It is total administrative enclosure of our landscape.

They are liquidating the country. They are turning Ireland into a state managed territory, trading our sovereign independence for a low energy, state dependent “stability.”
They are hitting us from every angle: Food (CSO), Energy (EirGrid), Logistics (IRHA), and Property (Planning Act). It is not a series of unfortunate events, its a total, coordinated takeover right umder our noses.

Stop watching the news, the records are public. We need to look at the data and organise locally while we still possess the land and the networks to survive outside their system.

While Nationalists are distracted with the current events, the regime has been quietly publishing laws, amendments and legislation over the past few days.

👉Planning and Development Regulations
Strips local councils of the power to block large scale housing developments. The state can now override your community’s objections and fast track high density accommodation. They can drop migrant housing into your area and your local representatives can do nothing about it. Development and planning has been reorganised so large projects such as data centres and IPAS centres move more efficiently—fast-tracked without your input.

👉Employment Permits (Amendment) Regulations 2026
Expands the list of sectors eligible for cheap foreign labour and streamlines the permit process for employers. More of your jobs are now open and targeted to non-EU workers, and the paperwork moves faster. Non-EU citizens are prioritised for employment. The NGOs have a fresh batch of permits to wave at their clients.

👉ESB Regulation (published unusually late at night)
The ESB can now apply for planning permission for power lines, cables, poles, substations and other grid infrastructure on land/property they do not own. If you own land, ESB can legally plant their poles and grid infrastructure without your consent. If you attempt to remove it, you can be prosecuted for damaging their property on your own ground. This is the physical occupation of private property, legalised and weaponised against the native population.

👉Planning and Development (Short Term Letting) (Amendment) Regulations 2026
Homeowners who let out a room or a second property for short stays must now apply for planning permission, registration and meet compliance costs, barriers designed to make independent ownership unviable. This strangles the small property owner, forcing them to sell up or convert to long-term lets. Those long-term lets are then filled by the NGOs and their housing associations with imported tenants, funded by your own taxes. This is the quiet transfer of housing stock from native hands into the resettlement apparatus.
The state is now dictating what you can do with your own property and who you are permitted to allow inside. You do not choose your tenant. The NGOs choose for you. Your spare room, your house, your caravan or mobile home is no longer yours. The state is effectively the landlord of your own property. If you resist, you face fines, penalties, compliance orders and the threat of imprisonment.

Your rights and properties are being dismantled one policy at a time.
