Iโ€™ve gone through the stateโ€™s own internal records to prove that the chaos you see in the shops and the energy sector is intentional and not accidental.

1. The production collapse (Source: CSO Data)
> The fact: The national herd is in clear decline. June 2025: total cattle down 3.9% year-on-year, with โ€œOther Cowsโ€ (suckler-type) down 5.7%. This follows a December 2024 collapse where total cattle fell 3.3% and โ€œOther Cowsโ€ dropped by a whoopong 6.2%.
>The Implication: This isnโ€™t a โ€œfluctuationโ€, this is the systematic liquidation of our productive assets. A nation that produces fewer calves each year is a nation that replaces sovereignty with forced imports. They are engineering our dependency.
2. The grid crisis (Source: EirGrid Adequacy Assessment 2026-2035)
> The fact: Ireland is officially outside the โ€œReliability Standardโ€ for 2026โ€“2028. The โ€œLoss of Load Expectationโ€ (LOLE) of 71.6 hours in 2026 is 23 times higher than the legal maximum standard of 3 hours.
> the implication: EirGridโ€™s own assessment shows we are entering a phase of โ€œmanaged scarcity.โ€ Once scarcity becomes official policy, rationing and demand management become routine administrative tools. The danger is not just a random blackout, it is a state managed hierarchy of access where the regime decides who gets power and who is throttled.
3. The logistics strain (Source: IRHA / FDI Supply Chain Reports)
> The Fact: Hauliers report they can no longer absorb rising fuel and input costs while maintaining operational capacity.
> The Implication: Food transport is a โ€œmargin-thinโ€ game. When the transport sector signals insolvency, the supply chain is one bad week away from empty shelves. You are seeing the real time breakdown of our just in time distribution network.
4. The legislative โ€œkill switchโ€ (Source: Climate Action Plan / Farm to Fork)
> The fact: The state is locked into a 25% reduction in agricultural emissions by 2030, with specific mandates for chemical nitrogen cuts.
>The implication: These arenโ€™t โ€œenvironmental goalsโ€, these are technical specifications for the dismantling of the Irish farming sector. The state is legislating the contraction of your food supply to meet an arbitrary administrative target.
5. The planning trap and infrastructure encroachment (Source: Planning and Development Act 2024 / S.I. 236/2026)
> The fact: S.I. 236/2026 allows planning applications to proceed even if the applicant is not the landowner, provided statutory undertaker/rights to service conditions are satisfied.
> the implication: This is the legal foundation for infratructure encroachment. The state can now designate โ€œinfrastructure corridorsโ€ across private land for grid expansion and state projects, bypassing local opposition under the guise of โ€œnational priority.โ€ It is total administrative enclosure of our landscape.

They are liquidating the country. They are turning Ireland into a state managed territory, trading our sovereign independence for a low energy, state dependent โ€œstability.โ€
They are hitting us from every angle: Food (CSO), Energy (EirGrid), Logistics (IRHA), and Property (Planning Act). It is not a series of unfortunate events, its a total, coordinated takeover right umder our noses.

Stop watching the news, the records are public. We need to look at the data and organise locally while we still possess the land and the networks to survive outside their system.

The answers are in their ledgers.

While Nationalists are distracted with the current events, the regime has been quietly publishing laws, amendments and legislation over the past few days.

๐Ÿ‘‰Planning and Development Regulations
Strips local councils of the power to block large scale housing developments. The state can now override your communityโ€™s objections and fast track high density accommodation. They can drop migrant housing into your area and your local representatives can do nothing about it. Development and planning has been reorganised so large projects such as data centres and IPAS centres move more efficientlyโ€”fast-tracked without your input.

๐Ÿ‘‰Employment Permits (Amendment) Regulations 2026
Expands the list of sectors eligible for cheap foreign labour and streamlines the permit process for employers. More of your jobs are now open and targeted to non-EU workers, and the paperwork moves faster. Non-EU citizens are prioritised for employment. The NGOs have a fresh batch of permits to wave at their clients.

๐Ÿ‘‰ESB Regulation (published unusually late at night)
The ESB can now apply for planning permission for power lines, cables, poles, substations and other grid infrastructure on land/property they do not own. If you own land, ESB can legally plant their poles and grid infrastructure without your consent. If you attempt to remove it, you can be prosecuted for damaging their property on your own ground. This is the physical occupation of private property, legalised and weaponised against the native population.

๐Ÿ‘‰Planning and Development (Short Term Letting) (Amendment) Regulations 2026
Homeowners who let out a room or a second property for short stays must now apply for planning permission, registration and meet compliance costs, barriers designed to make independent ownership unviable. This strangles the small property owner, forcing them to sell up or convert to long-term lets. Those long-term lets are then filled by the NGOs and their housing associations with imported tenants, funded by your own taxes. This is the quiet transfer of housing stock from native hands into the resettlement apparatus.
The state is now dictating what you can do with your own property and who you are permitted to allow inside. You do not choose your tenant. The NGOs choose for you. Your spare room, your house, your caravan or mobile home is no longer yours. The state is effectively the landlord of your own property. If you resist, you face fines, penalties, compliance orders and the threat of imprisonment.

Your rights and properties are being dismantled one policy at a time.

While Ireland was distracted by the FIFA world cup and other bread and circuses, hereโ€™s what laws were passed in the space of roughly 20 days (see the Irish statute book and the president of Irelandโ€™s list of acts signed into law).

Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences) (Amendment) Act 2026

Updates Irelandโ€™s counter-terrorism legislation to align with EU and international frameworks. Broadens the definition of terrorist offences to include receiving training, travelling with terrorist intent, and financing activities that could be deemed preparatory.

The government can now classify more activities as terrorism.. If you attend a meeting, share materials or travel to a conference that the state later decides was connected to a โ€œproscribedโ€ group, you can be prosecuted.

So, any Nationalist organisation that opposes the governmentโ€™s immigration policy, advocates for Irish sovereignty, or builds ties with like-minded groups abroad can be labelled a terrorist organisation. The definitions are broad enough to cover lawful political activity.

Criminal Justice (International Cooperation on Electronic Evidence and Other Matters) Act 2026

It allows Irish Gardaรญ and courts to obtain electronic evidence (emails, messages, cloud data, account records) from companies based in other countries more efficiently. It also allows Ireland to respond to similar requests from abroad.

Your private data held by Google, Meta, Apple, or Microsoft can now be handed over to foreign police without a full Irish court process. Foreign governments can also demand data held in Ireland.

If you use encrypted messaging, store documents in the cloud, or communicate with contacts abroad, that data is now accessible to a network of cooperating states. The Five Eyes, EU, and NATO and other intelligence apparatuses can share your information without your knowledge. This is the legal wiring for a global surveillance grid. Nationalists cannot organise effectively if every message is monitored.

Garda Sรญochรกna (Recording Devices) (Amendment) Act 2026

Updates the rules governing Garda body worn cameras and other recording devices. Clarifies when recordings can be made, stored, used, and disclosed as evidence. More police cameras, longer retention of footage, and broader permissions to record you in public and private spaces.

Body cameras sound neutral, but the real issue is the database. Every protest, every public meeting, every interaction with Gardaรญ is recorded and stored. Facial recognition software can be added later. The state is building a biometric surveillance archive of the population.

Dublin Airport (Passenger Capacity) Act 2026

Tis gives the minister for transport the power to lift or amend the 32 million passenger cap at Dublin Airport.
The government can now let more flights land in Dublin. More flights means more people arrivingโ€ฆThe passenger cap was the only legal barrier preventing a massive increase in air travel volumes. Removing it is a prerequisite for scaling up immigration, tourism, and temporary labour movement. This is basically a demographic lever. So ore arrivals means more pressure on housing, healthcare, and schools. The native population bears the cost.

Finance Act 2026

Implements the budget. Includes tax changes, VAT measures, tax reliefs, R&D credits, USC band adjustments rules etc. Some small โ€œreliefsโ€ for renters and homeowners, but the real aim is bigger tax breaks for multinational corporations and new reporting requirements for cryptocurrency.

The state prioritises multinational capital over Irish workers. R&D credits at 35% reward foreign companies that extract profits. Crypto reporting rules integrate Ireland into EU financial surveillance. The tax burden on ordinary Irish people remains high while the state spends billions on mass immigration and climate agendas.

รšdarรกs na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Act 2026
๐Ÿ”ฅ11
Forwarded from pr
It changes the law governing รšdarรกs na Gaeltachta, the agency responsible for Irish-speaking (Gaeltacht/Irish language) areas. The government is basically restructuring the body that manages the Gaeltacht regions.

The Gaeltacht is one of the last remaining strongholds of native Irish culture and language. If the government is restructuring this agency, it is worth asking whether it is being weakened, defunded, or repurposed to serve multiculturalist ends. The detail matters, but one thing Nationalists should remeber: the state does NOT prioritise preserving the native culture!

Health (Amendment) (Home Support Providers) Act 2026

Introduces a statutory system for regulating home support providers, such as home-care services. In other words, the government is creating a formal licensing and regulation system for home care.

This looks like a mundane healthcare regulation, but it creates a new state controlled registry of care workers and recipients. Any system that centralises data on vulnerable populations is a surveillance risk. More importantly, home care is increasingly staffed by migrant labour. If the state uses this to formalise that dependency, it entrenches the replacement of native family care structures.

The family is the basic unit of the nation. State intrusion into home care weakens family autonomy and accelerates cultural replacement. Most home care workers in Ireland are from the Philippines, India, Nigeria, Eastern Europe. This act does not stop that, it formalises it. It entrenches the replacement of native labour and culture in a deeply intimate setting.. the care of your own family members.

Critical Infrastructure Act 2026
New powers and obligations to protect essential infrastructure such as energy, transport, communications, and other critical services from threats and disruptions. The regie gets new powers to control and protect things like the power grid, water systems, internet, and transport networks.

This law gives the state sweeping powers to control infrastructure during a declared โ€œemergency.โ€ It can be used to shut down communications, restrict movment, control energy distribution, and seize private assets in the name of national security. The definition of โ€œthreatโ€ is broad enough to include civil unrest, protest, or political opposition.
