Tomorrow is the first appearance in the supreme Court for the case against the police PHO!
We have lots going on in the background organising to get the other industries up and running.
Fundraising has been going great!
However tackling 8 PHO's is a very expensive process.
We need all those that haven't yet contributed to invest in challenging the PHO for your industry.
We have made a suggested amount of $300/ person. But if you can't afford that much contribute what you can. $10 or $20 per week is better than nothing.
The combined groups of these industries is around 10,000 people if only half give $100 that adds up the $500,000!
This whole movement is about every person doing their bit.

We would like to share the following information after attending the Stand Up Seminar last night where Paul Richardson was a speaker.
Paul is a technical specialist with nearly 20 years of industrial experience in risk assessment, working for one of the largest multinational companies in the world.
Paul has extensive experience in Workplace Occupational Health and Safety systems and auditing and has key information for all business owners to consider during this critical time of chaos.
He has a Diploma in WHS and is a Lead Auditor in WHS management systems and a Certificate IV trainer and assessor in High Risk Activities.
Please review the information and consider sending his WHS document to your employer.
Below are links to the Mandate Risk Assessment document, instructions for use and slides from the presentation.
Many of you will have difficulty accessing your OH&S officer to get them to sign if you have been stood down. Paul states "email is fine make sure all parties are included on email. Very important that a Health and safety representative / advisor or manager is on email. They understand the law and the consultation process requirements under OHS/ WHS law.
Reality is for the larger companies the unvaccinated workers will probably be terminated but document opens company up to unfair dismissal and they won't fight it because they are trying to avoid liability".
Make sure you keep a copy of all emails sent or bcc yourself for future proof.

McJACKBOOT MANDATES BOOSTER JABS - HOLD THE LINE NOW
Yesterday, the WA Government announced workers currently covered under the "no jab, no job" mandate will now be required to have a 3rd dose of a COVID jab. This announcement means that a worker in a mandated industry must have an approved COVID-19 booster jab within one month of becoming eligible for it, to keep their job.
Eligibility begins 5 months after a person's 2nd shot, and the Pfizer & Moderna shots are recommended by ATAGI for a booster shot, regardless of which type of jab you had for your first 2 doses. However, you can also receive the AstraZeneca jab as a booster if you:
- can’t have the Pfizer vaccine for medical reasons
- had 2 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine previously
Of course, the introduction of booster shots is of little surprise to us, and neither is the mandating of them, as the jab uptake would be so low without the mandates. Despite the recommendation of booster shots highlighting the lack of effectiveness of these COVID "vaccines" in providing lasting immunity, the out-of-control WA Govt has become the first State/Territory in Australia to include them as a part of jab mandates. Premier McJackboot is writing himself into the darkest pages of Australia's political history.
This announcement means industries that fall under the "Group 2" jab mandates, including Building, Maintenance, and Construction workers that we represent, have a huge decision to make. If you are not 100% comfortable in receiving this medical treatment, we urge you to #HoldTheLine. The WA Govt is attempting to rush people's decision-making over the Christmas/New Year period, which is usually a time of rest and celebration. This shows the complete brazenness and lack of compassion from Premier McJackboot and the WA Government on the whole. We've already witnessed that coerced workers complying with the double-jab mandate has not provided any respite from the tyranny of Government health policy, it has actually only emboldened them to go further.
So we must #HoldTheLine if we want to see an end to the medical tyranny. Non-compliance is the best form of peaceful civil disobedience that we can do.
More Federal politicians are starting to air their opposition to the jab mandates, which is an encouraging sign. With a Federal Election to happen sometime within the next 6 months, they will be cautious to ensure their re-election chances. Falconer granted injunction (meaning he will not be removed from his position of employment) until outcome of trial against Commissioner which is set for January 12, 2022.
Decision as to whether the trial against the CHO order will proceed has been reserved by the presiding Justice pending outcome of Commissioner trial.
Work is being undertaken in the background to ensure all others involved in the Falconer case receive similar injunction protections.
This is a HUGE win for the Falconer legal team BUT it also means the fight is now really ramping up and we need YOUR help.
