This may be an important step as workers move closer towards being disciplined and/or dismissed due to the jab mandates. One of our admin members has taken an active role in setting up a WA branch of Red Union, and yesterday's news about the Fair Work Commission ruling against BHPs jab mandate at their Hunter Valley mine was decided on the same argument currently being run by the Red Union team.

Interview with David Weisinger AKA David Stills

David Weisinger, Jacquie Dundee and their team at Winning Victoria Back have been building cases to take to the High Court of Australia. David is discussing their progress so far.
These cases are challenging the unconstitutional mandates that are currently being imposed on all of us.

The mass vaccination of children is the number one public health emergency right now

Australia has secured more than 5 million doses for the rollout to younger kids.

About 4.6 million of these will be for the 2.3 million children aged five to 11, who are likely to have two jabs, and about 800,000 doses for children aged zero to four, who are likely to get one dose of the experimental gene therapy.

Healthy children are at low risk from COVID-19 yet face known and unknown risks from COVID-19 vaccines. Not-so-rare, and very serious, adverse events and deaths are being reported to monitoring systems around the world. Official guidance is updated as the side-effects become more apparent.

The Primod will be contacting every MP across Australia, with letters from the Doctors, Professors and Human Rights group, explaining why it is unethical, unnecessary and quite frankly, dangerous, to be injecting our children with this experimental gene therapy.

TRUTH BOMBS DROPPED IN VIRTUAL FDA MEETING

On September 17th 2021, the US FDA held a Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee meeting of medical experts, to discuss Pfizer’s application for administration of a “booster” dose of the COVID vaccine. The meeting included very revealing insights and information on the vax rollout.

We've captured just a couple of the experts who were a part of the meeting in the above video. They include Dr Joseph Fraiman, emergency physician at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, and Steve Kirsch, Executive Director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund.

• Many Police Force employees being represented by Hotchkin Hanly have been actively pursued – some while on leave, and have been either suspended or stood down and charged with failing to obey orders.

• It seems the Police Commissioner is engaging a deliberate strategy of swiftly sacking employees that have not had the Covid-19 injection, which means they won’t have any money to pursue legal recourse. If these Police Force employees are all sacked they won’t be able to pay their bills and support their families, let alone fund legal actions that are already up and running.

• During negotiations between Hotchkin Hanly and the State Solicitor, the Commissioner of Police refused to undertake to not dismiss any unvaccinated WA Police Force employee until the validity and lawfulness of the Chief Health Officer’s Direction and Employer Direction issued by the Commission have been determined by the Supreme Court of Western Australia. This disciplinary action and possible dismissal based on what could be proven to be an unlawful action is unprecedented both in its application and never before seen ferocious and swift application of Section 23 Police Act.

• Accordingly, Mr Falconer intends to pursue an application for an injunction in the Supreme Court to stop the Commissioner from terminating the employment of any unvaccinated Police Force employee prior to Supreme Court decisions.

• If the injunction fails, it is likely that unvaccinated Police officers and staff will have their employment terminated in the days before Christmas.

• Should employment be terminated, Police Officers housed in Government Regional Officer Housing dwellings may be evicted over the Christmas period with little or no time to secure housing. One such member housed regionally is represented by Hotchkin Hanly, and is due to be a new father a few weeks after Christmas.

• Of all crime and Policing matters the Commissioner could prioritise, this matter is so important that on 10 December the Commissioner himself personally recommended that the Minister for Police approve a probationary officers’ removal from the WA Police Force pursuant to directions surrounding vaccination. That officer is being represented by Hotchkin Hanly.
