Creating Images based on a images of a 3D model

✍️ Goal:
Help the customer with the choice of façade materials and lighting options, create realistic images

πŸ—ƒ Input:
β€’ (Stage 1) 4 images of the building without textures
β€’ (Stage 2) Customer's wishes based on sets provided by us

βœ… Output:
β€’ (Stage 1) 2 Sets of 100+ pictures of different lighting and materials options, each image 640 x 360 px
β€’ (Stage 2) All 4 angles with resolution 2560 x 1440 px In the materials and lighting chosen by the customer

⏳Time spent: 8 hours

πŸ’¬ Comment:
There are times when you or your customer has not yet clearly decided on the materials or shades of façade solutions and this stage is transferred to long experiments at the stage of visualization to choose from the best. On the example of this project NE|AR would offer you a set of combinations of the materials you have specified already in the first 2 hours of work, and for the remaining 6 hours your choice was transferred to every angle

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» Workflow:
The biggest effect of work acceleration is when the task is not to do something specific, but to offer options. For the selection of façade solutions, the customer provided us with information on possible materials and their shades. We wanted to offer a selection of the best options in our opinion, but the customer was very interested in the whole canvas of solutions, from which he made his decision

⚑️ Acceleration:
In order for the set of ideas we offered to be most useful to you, please note the following recommendations:
1️⃣ - Write down all your wishes for your task
2️⃣ - Combinations can be multiplied. 4 variations of material, color and architectural style will give 64 images in the set
3️⃣ - If you propose to do to our taste, write what exactly you don't like

⚠️ Limitations:
The current stage of neural networks in use does not always allow for correct representation of materials at the scale needed. And if it's something very rare, it may not be able to be mapped at all

Creating Images Based on Interior Sketch

✍️ Goal:
Create 1 image based on the designer's preferences from our suggested set of images

πŸ—ƒ Input:
β€’ (Stage 1) Public interior sketch
β€’ (Stage 2) A small set of favorite solutions to apply them to 1 image

βœ… Output:
β€’ (Stage 1) A set of 100+ images with different varieties and styles of interior design in 640 x 360 px resolution
β€’ (Stage 2) 1 image in 1920 x 1080 px resolution based on customer's preferences

⏳Time spent: 3 hours

πŸ’¬ Comment:
This task was not so much a commercial Pipeline, but an experiment to test the designer's neural network to see if it knows not the most popular interior styles, and to test our ability to apply different solutions to a single image. We coped with the task successfully, but came to the decision that when working with the proposal of interior solutions, it is necessary to work at the level of combination of basic styles and elements that clarify the style

#Case
πŸ‘1
πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» Workflow:
At first a large number of different variations of modern interior styles were compiled. After enumerating all variants, we obtained a specific TA based on references from our set and combined different solutions in one image

⚑️ Acceleration:
In order to make our proposed set as useful as possible for you, pay attention to the following recommendations:
1️⃣ - If you need specific furniture in the frame, it should already be displayed in the source files
2️⃣ - Prepare a list of possible materials and shades in the project
3️⃣ - If your source is a 3ds max image, the material ID and Zdepth images will help a lot

⚠️ Limitations:
The more precise the result needs to be, the more time it will take to complete the task and the higher the priority to solve this task in a standard pipeline. The scale and dimensions of the tiles are not controlled. If there will be several angles, it will be almost impossible to repeat exactly the results from one frame to other

Creating Images Based on industrial design sketch

✍️ Goal:
In a short time, propose color solutions for the drone based on the sketch

πŸ—ƒ Input:
Industrial design sketch

βœ… Output:
18 color solutions in 640 x 360 px resolution each images

⏳Time spent: 1 hour

πŸ’¬ Comment:
Despite our focus on architectural visualization, our pipelines are perfectly suitable for object design. Practice has shown that it is possible to organize the solution of such tasks faster than architectural pipelines. Also due to the specificity of the tasks, they are solved in the most controlled way and open new possibilities for finding ideas not only on the level of materials and color, but also on the level of form

❀1πŸ‘1
πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» Workflow:
We set up various combinations of color schemes. Also deliberately lowered the level of contour control based on the tasks, so that there would be generations with small adjustments to the drone's shell. After receiving 200+ generations, the team selected 18 of the most successful solutions and sent them to the customer

⚑️ Acceleration:
To make our proposed set as useful as possible for you, please note the following guidelines:
1️⃣ - Write down how precisely you need to control the shape of your item
2️⃣ - Provide a list of your preferences for colors and materials
3️⃣ - Describe the context, whether the object should be surrounded by objects or whether it should be a monochromatic background

⚠️ Limitations:
At the time of publication, there are issues with adding specific prints or lettering to the object. It will not be possible to set different levels of control on different parts of the image for quick results, in this case the task will be done manually
