Video appears to show an Average Ukrainian man finding a tank with human remains and “eats the russian” as some sort of revenge. He says “I’m gonna be the first one who ate a russian soldier. I don’t think that’s a bad feat.” He cooks the meat and eats it. The only problem is— that tank is Ukrainian.

Ukrainians have been defending this guy online and some argued this should be normalized.

The Russia-controlled Kherson region of Ukraine is moving to the ruble zone from May 1 - Deputy Chairman of the military-civilian administration of the region Kirill Stremousov announced.

According to him, the transition period will take up to four months, during which the ruble and hryvnia will circulate in the region.
