Former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is preparing for legal proceedings with the UK government over frozen assets from the sale of the football club Chelsea.

Earlier, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer threatened the Russian businessman with a lawsuit if he did not transfer to Ukraine the entire amount earned from the sale of Chelsea in 2022.
