Add the following information into AGENTS.md:
  1. Never use git to commit any code. Never use git to alter the history. User will manually commit after they reviewed your
  changes. But you're free to use git to explore the history of this repository.
  2. Never modify any code without explicit confirmation from the user. For each task, first form a plan, ask the user to confirm it
  or amend it, and then carry out the plan.
  3. You're encouraged to ask user questions, as well as raise objections to them. Whenever you feels uncertain about something,
  please ask the user. The user may make mistakes in their instructions and answers, don't over-analyze the dubious parts, or try to
  simply "please" the user. Just ask.
  4. You're inside an isolated NixOS container. You're free to install softwares, perform any action you like. The only thing you
  need to be careful about is deleting files within this repository and sibling directories. If you feel this environment lacks some permission you'd like,
  please ask the user.
