The biggest issue I see with such a strategy isn’t housing, it’s actually employment. Once a bunch of people move to a location, how do they make a living? Anyone doing this would need to start a small business. Almost everyone involved would have to be self employed. This is for two reasons: 1) it is unlikely there would be any serious jobs in the location to begin with and 2) once enough racists take over a neighborhood, words going to get out and an army of journalists are going to try and get everyone fired.

Fair enough, but remember we have the civil rights architecture to use. If employers started to blacklist the White neighborhood, you get to sue for racial discrimination.

On another note, I believe the worm is turning on employability while maintaining our politics. More and more employers have been willing to overlook such things.

The benefit of returning to the city, as opposed to going to the middle of nowhere, is that the cities are where all the jobs are. You don't have to give up your whole livelihood to move to the target neighborhood.

A man of modest wealth could literally buy huge swaths of Detroit. Instead of purchasing the land and reselling it to your coethnics exclusively (illegal under FHA), a wealthy individual could give personal low-interest or zero-interest loans to other members…
An interesting initial candidate could be Cairo, Illinois. It sits astride the confluence of two strategic waterways: the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers. The population shrunk from its height of 15k in 1920 to just 1700 today. Homes are practically free.

Jobs would be scarce, however. Flooding would be a perennial concern too.

Forget the Great Replacement. Our people are undergoing the Great Winnowing -- and it's making us stronger.

Winnowing separates the wheat from the chaff.

Consider the position of our people: Those who would leave it to join their blood to others are poor additions anyway. Those who fall prey to the false gods of mammon, pornography, and other ills do not reproduce. Those who choose to face the flood as weak individuals are washed away. Those who reject God are in turn rejected. There is intense selection pressure to survive and thrive.

The remaining stock that propagates is stronger, healthier, more faithful, and more determined than ever. The waste material is selecting itself out of the ethnically European gene pool.

While simple numbers show a decline, God is refining the vitality and quality of our people. Have faith and pray for revival!

The story of our people changed forever on this day 108 years ago. My next film project I'm developing will involve this part of history. I wont be pulling any punches with who exactly was responsible.
