Dengan hormat,

Sehubungan dengan hasil evaluasi internal terhadap sistem kepegawaian dan operasional Marche Hospital, bersama ini Founder Marche Hospital menyampaikan keputusan dan penetapan resmi sebagai berikut:

I. Penataan Kepegawaian Marche Hospital

Terhitung sejak pengumuman ini ditetapkan, Marche Hospital secara resmi melakukan pemberhentian terhadap seluruh pegawai yang tercatat dalam data kepegawaian resmi Marche Hospital, meliputi:

- Pegawai inti
- Tim medis
- Tim non-medis
- Seluruh staff lintas unit dan divisi tanpa pengecualian

Keputusan ini diambil berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap efektivitas sistem kerja, kesinambungan pelayanan pasien, tingkat keterlibatan operasional, serta kepatuhan terhadap tata kelola kehadiran dan perizinan yang telah ditetapkan.

Penataan kepegawaian ini tidak dimaksudkan sebagai bentuk sanksi personal, melainkan sebagai langkah strategis dan profesional untuk menata ulang sistem operasional agar sejalan dengan standar pelayanan rumah sakit.

II. Penyesuaian Jam Operasional Marche Hospital

Mulai 17 Januari 2026, Marche Hospital memberlakukan penyesuaian jam operasional sebagai berikut:

⏰ Senin - Jumat
Jam 15.00 WIB – 21.00 WIB

⏰ Sabtu
Jam 09.00 WIB – 15.00 WIB

⏰ Minggu
Tutup ( Closed )

Penyesuaian jam operasional ini berlaku hingga pemberitahuan resmi berikutnya. Setiap perubahan atau pengembalian jam operasional ke jadwal sebelumnya akan diumumkan secara resmi melalui channel @MarcheHospital.

III. Kesempatan Kontribusi bagi Mantan Staff

Meskipun pemberhentian kepegawaian telah ditetapkan secara menyeluruh, Marche Hospital tetap membuka ruang kontribusi bagi mantan staff resmi yang masih memiliki komitmen, integritas, dan niat baik untuk mendukung operasional rumah sakit.

Ketentuan:
📍 Diperuntukkan khusus bagi mantan staff resmi Marche Hospital.
📍 Tidak terbuka bagi pihak eksternal yang tidak pernah terdaftar sebagai pegawai resmi Marche Hospital.
📍 Divisi yang dibuka: Multifungsi.
