Then it's most likely that is because of the notification access that your previous launcher still has. Just go to the notifications settings on your device and turn off notification access for any other launcher you are not using, so they won't run in background and consume RAM.

I'm sorry for the downtime, I left my bills unpaid and therefore my hosting provider suspended all my hosting services, they should be up and running all sites in a few minutes.
Lawnchair has just been taken down from the PlayStore by Google for our use of the Device Admin feature. We will update the listing to comply with the requirements and will be back ASAP.
