A split panel of DC appellate court denied Joe Biden's emergency request to stop the disclosure of unredacted transcripts of his interviews with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer. A DC district court judge denied Biden's initial request to prohibit the disclosure; Biden's lawyers, including Amy Jeffress, wife of DC District Court Judge Chris Cooper, are appealing the ruling.

But it doesn't appear Biden will be successful. (One of the judges who ruled against Biden is Obama appointee Sri Srinivasan, chief judge of DC Circuit court.)

Biden argued the transcript and recordings are not FOIAable because it was the product of a criminal investigation and consists of law enforcement records. Biden also claimed he has a privacy interest in protecting his voice from the public - LOL.

Judge Flo Pan--a Biden appointee who should recuse from all political cases since her husband runs a left-leaning nonprofit in DC currently fighting the Trump administration related to workforce reductions--disagreed, says Biden is entitled to privacy in the matter.

Keep in mind, Pan denied President Trump all categories of presidential immunity in Jack Smith's J6 indictment in 2024:

The same special counsel whose appointment violated the Constitution.

Lil Mikey Romano is at it again—this time by participating in a post-judicial confirmation hearing presser yesterday.

Romano—who spent most of his time as a J6 prosecutor trying misdemeanor cases such as trespassing and “parading” in the Capitol—lies about Jan 6 (“install” President Trump??”) but again reveals his partisan bias and the vengeful nature of the J6 prosecution.

Biden DOJ got 1,200 convictions? What Romano fails to add is most of those convictions consisted of plea agreements for misdemeanors and nonviolent felonies such as obstruction. Also pretty easy to force a plea when the only other option is going before all Democratic jurors in DC and judges who hate you—which is how DOJ won every single case before DC juries.

Last time I saw Romano in court, he was trying to throw the father of a severely disabled teenaged girl in federal prison for 6 months on a minor nonviolent charge. (Judge didn’t allow it—post election sentencing.)

Sounds like he’s prepping a run for public office…also shows what US citizens were up against for 4 years in our nation’s capital.

Three years ago this month, Joe Biden’s handpicked AG’s handpicked special counsel brought a THIRD federal criminal indictment against President Trump. (Then asked for gag orders on him a year before the election.)

That came on top of thousands of federal criminals charges against his supporters. And wide ranging investigations into Trump associates including his own attorneys.

Joe Biden’s DOJ hauled dozens of individuals including VP Mike Pence before DC grand juries in search of crimes.

We now know 200+ MAGA-tied organizations and donors and influencers were also under DOJ investigation.

And Jack Smith—working under the authority of Merrick Garland—found a back door way to obtain text messages of 40+ Republican members of Congress.

Not a single member of the media ever confronted Merrick Garland about doing the bidding of Joe Biden. To the contrary, the media lamented that Garland then Jack Smith weren’t working fast enough to put Trump in prison before the 2024 election.

No questions about the DOJ’s “independence” from the White House—despite evidence disclosed in the documents case in 2024 that prosecutors were in communication with Biden’s top White House attorneys—including at least two visits to the Biden White House prior to the indictments.
