Syrian government forces continue to burn down oil refineries in Deir ez-Zor despite fierce protests from local residents and tribal leaders.
So far, more than five primitive oil refineries have been burned down by Damascus forces.

In Deirezzor, Syrian Government Forces continue to destroy the makeshift refinery sites used by the local tribes.

The local people are very upset and it doesn’t help the STGs cause that the Syrian MOI units tasked with destroying these refinery sites are from other regions of Syria.

Following the tribes' refusal to hand over the refineries, the Al-Jasmi oil refineries in northern Deir ez-Zor were also burned by Damascus government forces.
Tribal members are seeking help from someone by saying "Allahu Akbar".

Protests erupted in the town of Dhiban, with roads blocked by burning tires, in condemnation of the regime forces' destruction of makeshift oil refineries.

Residents rely on these refineries as their primary source of income amidst soaring prices and a deteriorating standard of living.

Mazloum Abdi:

-We met with the Syrian Foreign Minister and the Minister of Intelligence and agreed to accelerate the integration process and form two committees from both sides at the leadership level, who will meet in the near future.
We have agreed to integrate our forces into the brigades of the Ministry of Defense, while ensuring the preservation of all our fighters who participated in confronting terrorism and made sacrifices.
-Administrative and institutional integration does not only concern the Kurdish component, but the most important aspect is the integration of all self-administration institutions into the structure of the Syrian state, with the special status of Kurdish areas in areas with a Kurdish population.
-The security forces coming from Damascus are working to complete this integration process, and we have formed a committee from both sides at the leadership level, and they will oversee the integration process in the near future.
