The Governor of Hasakah, Engineer Noureddine Ahmed, met with the Director General of Civil Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Abdullah Abdullah, and other relevant officials at the governorate building.

The discussion focused on the mechanism for implementing Presidential Decree No. 13, which guarantees Syrian citizenship for Kurdish citizens.

The meeting resulted in an agreement to establish a work mechanism and form committees to receive applications.
