-First, I offer my condolences to the entire Bafi Walat family and commend them for their valuable stances.
-Salih Muslim participated in every step of the July 19th Revolution.
-He confronted the Ba'ath regime without hesitation and participated in all activities. When necessary, he went to the mountains of Kurdistan.
-When necessary, he participated in building Kurdish unity and Syrian democratic unity.
-We pledge to the martyr Muslim to continue on his path and his struggle.
-We have done everything required of us within the framework of implementing the agreement, and the ball is now in Damascus's court to take its steps.

-Just as we defended ourselves for the past 14 years, we will defend ourselves against all attacks and threats.
-We have entered a new phase, and steps will be taken within the framework of integration. Our institutions will remain as they are.

-From now on, the struggle will be a struggle to rebuild Rojava in all areas.
-We will make Rojava an example for all regions in Syria.
