However, while the committee had begun carrying out its duties, a group of individuals set fire to the mourning tent in an attempt to create confusion and mix the facts.

Accordingly, our specialized forces, in coordination with the formed committee, immediately launched intensive investigations which resulted in the arrest of three individuals directly involved in this incident.

The detainees are currently undergoing thorough interrogation to uncover all motives and those behind them.

We will share the results of the investigation with the public as soon as it is completed and ensure that the detainees are referred to the judiciary so they receive their due punishment.

We pledge to our people that the Internal Security Forces “Asayish” will remain the stronghold and protective shield for enforcing laws and regulations, and for safeguarding the dignity and stability of society.
