According to KRG spokesperson Peshawa Hawrami, prime minister Masrour Barzani signed a decree which hands over the legal, financial and administrative powers of the regional Peshmerga commands to the ministry of Peshmerga.
This is part of the effort to unify the Peshmerga command(s) within the KRG into one unified command under the ministry of Peshmerga.
If properly implemented it is perhaps the most significant change within the Peshmerga and the security of the Autonomous Region of Kurdistan.

Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Ocalan: A new phase has begun in Turkey β the phase of democratic construction.
The transition to democratic integration in Turkey requires the drafting of a constitution and laws for peace.
The new phase will be based on three fundamental principles to ensure the strengthening of democracy.
Everyone must bear historical responsibility.
Women are the driving force behind the development of the democratic integration phase. Our call was not only for an end to the armed struggle. Our call on February 27th was for the development of historical relations and the realization of the demand for a democratic republic.
We want to discuss how we can build a shared life together.
We strive to remove obstacles to unity and achieve it.
The relationship between Kurds and Turks is one of deep historical significance.
Democratic integration is as important as the founding of the Turkish Republic.
The state must respond to the demands for democratic transformation.

Shock Attack: Israel Strikes Iran, Explosions Rock Tehran
Israel launched a large-scale military strike on Iran early Saturday, describing the operation as a βpre-emptive attackβ aimed at eliminating threats against the Israeli state. A military spokesperson said the action was taken to prevent what it called imminent dangers.
Shortly after the announcement, explosions were reported in Tehran, according to Iranian media outlets. The extent of the damage and possible casualties has not yet been confirmed.
Israel has shut down its airspace and declared a nationwide state of emergency, warning citizens to prepare for possible retaliatory drone and missile attacks from Iran.
The situation is rapidly developing, with regional tensions now at a critical level. Further updates are expected

For the people in the autonomous region of Kurdistan, the KRG should caution the residents from approaching the wreckages or boosters from the missiles launched by Iran.
The fumes are highly toxic and getting into contact with the chemicals (fuel) is worse.
In general as we are looking at a conflict that will last for several days and could potentially spiral out of control:
Stay away from military sites and sites within the KRG that could be attributed to the US Government.
You should also stay close to sites that offer protection as drones/missiles can always malfunction and impact in residential areas; the biggest danger here is shrapnel so avoid windows + open spaces.
I personally do not assess that the IRGC will go to such extremes, but: Fanatic supporters of the IRGC may go to these extremes and carry out terroristic attacks; stay cautious of your surroundings.

Very interesting: The Syrian Government is deploying significant military forces towards the border with Iraq - officially to *protect Syria from incursions or infiltrations by the PMF*
Feel free to interpret this development as you see fit - what should be clear: itβs a very unrealistic scenario that the PMF would start a highly costly conflict with Syria in the middle of the war between Iran and the USA.
