The city of Kobani has been under a suffocating siege since January 20th, imposed by factions loyal to the al-Gulani authority. This has led to a near-complete cutoff of food, medicine, and fuel, effectively isolating the city from its surroundings.
The siege has had a devastating impact on the health sector, with hospitals and medical centers suffering from severe shortages of medicine and essential supplies, and a decline in their ability to perform surgeries and provide chronic treatments.
The situation threatens the lives of more than 600,000 civilians, particularly infants facing a severe milk shortage, and the elderly and those with chronic illnesses who are unable to access their medications.

Officials from Damascus, trained by and supervised by MIT, are being deployed in Kurdish regions.
1. Ziad al-Ayyash is from a village near Çil axa (al-Jawadiya).
2. Early Military Activity: In 2012, he participated in the battle of “al-Zahiriya” against the Syrian army, was wounded, and then survived.
3. He entered Turkey via Bayt al-Hanzal and received security and intelligence training.
4. Work in Idlib (2018): He was sent to Idlib and took charge of camp security.
5. Positions within Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham:He held intelligence tasks, managed the “General Security” department, and was appointed as a security officer.
6. Building the Security Apparatus: He is credited with establishing checkpoints and the security system in Idlib, under Turkish guidance/instructions.
7. Affiliation: A trusted member of the Islamic Shura Council, known as “Abu Osama”.
8. Current Assignment: Tasked with following up on the file of “unification with SDF” and travels between the regions and Damascus.

Five Kurdish political parties in Rojhelat have announced the formation of the “Coalition of Political Forces of Iranian Kurdistan” in a joint statement. The new coalition was established after months of dialogue and consultations within the framework of the Dialogue Center for Cooperation Among the Political Parties of Iranian Kurdistan.
According to the statement, the coalition aims to strengthen political unity among Kurdish forces, enhance coordination, and advance the joint struggle for democracy, justice, and the right to self-determination in Iran and Eastern Kurdistan.
The member parties stated that the coalition will serve as a coordinating body in political, diplomatic, and organizational fields.
