On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, we extend our congratulations to the Islamic world, praying that it will be a month of mercy, peace, and stability.

We remember the martyrs, the wounded, and their families during this blessed month.

We also reiterate our call to strengthen coexistence and reject hate speech among all Syrians. We hope that this holy month will be an opportunity for the displaced to return to their homes in Ras al-Ayn, Afrin, and all other areas soon.

Ramadan Kareem, and may you be well every year. Mazloum Abdi - Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces

Al-Bukamal – Deir ez-Zor

Name: Ali Samir al-Zaiter.

He previously worked with the 47 militias and the Iranian militias in Deir ez-Zor, and he is now a member of the General Security. He has raised the flag of ISIS on his shoulder as shown in the picture.

There are hundreds of members who were within the Iranian militias and have now become part of the General Security of the Damascus government, HTS. Turkey, through Abu Mohammad al-Jolani, is recycling these members, whose numbers exceed thousands, into the General Security apparatus.
The photo shows a person who was formerly part of Iranian militias in Al-Bukamal, and is now with the General Security in Deir Ezzor, with the logo of the ISIS terrorist organization on his shoulder.

The document from the former regime reveals an American-Turkish plan!

The arrest of Ahmed al-Khabil and the movements of "Jazeera Shield" in Deir ez-Zor.

A document dated 20/6/2023 reveals a meeting held inside the İncirlik base in Turkey, described in the document as a U.S.-led move to form a new military alliance in Syria under the name "Jazeera Shield", consisting of sons of Arab tribes.According to the document, the meeting included:Ahmed al-Khabil, known as "Abu Khawla", the former head of the Deir ez-Zor Military Council affiliated with the SDF.

Amer Abdul Wahab al-Rikad, a military defector from the Syrian army and a leader in what is called "Shield of the North Forces".
Maher (a defector officer with the rank of major), responsible for armament in the "Rapid Intervention" faction affiliated with the 24th Division.

The information indicates that the meeting took place inside an American base on Turkish soil, placing the U.S. role in the framework of planning and sponsorship, while highlighting the Turkish role through hosting the meeting on its territory, in addition to the participation of a commander of a faction directly affiliated with Ankara, namely Mohammad al-Jasim (Abu Amsha), who leads a faction operating within the Turkey-backed factions.

The document also confirms that Ahmed al-Khabil was not just an ordinary participant, but a pivotal figure in the arrangements, as he was scheduled to hold a subsequent meeting with Manaf Tlass and Mohannad al-Talla to coordinate work in the next phase, reflecting a leadership role in the proposed formation path.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Democratic Forces announced at the end of August 2023...

..the arrest of Ahmed al-Khabil and his removal from his position, confirming that the decision came after precise monitoring of his relations and communications with hostile external parties, based on a judicial order, and that these measures contributed to thwarting the plan before it moved to the implementation stage at that time.On August 17, 2023, the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced direct sanctions on the "Sultan Suleiman Shah" division and its commander Abu Amsha, as well as the Hamza Division and its commander Abu Bakr, due to their responsibility for serious violations including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detentions, torture, and other violations against civilians, in addition to extortion, looting, and hostage-taking for financial ransoms. This highlights the American paradox, as the Amshat faction was listed on the sanctions list, yet it appeared in the document as part of the meeting sponsored by the United States on Turkish soil to form a military alliance, reflecting clear duality in U.S. policy between official sanctions and the strategic investment in factions within its regional plans. Before the U.S. sanctions, the United Nations had repeatedly called for holding these factions accountable, stating in a joint statement in 2021 that "what is happening in northern Syria in terms of violations cannot be ignored, and urgent international measures must be taken to prevent the continuation of these crimes."In a later step, the European Union imposed new sanctions on May 28, 2025, on three Syrian armed factions, including the "Sultan Suleiman Shah" faction and its leader Abu Amsha, in addition to the Hamza Division and its leader Abu Bakr, on the grounds of their involvement in bloody acts of violence in the Syrian coast, which targeted civilians, particularly from the Alawite sect.

The European sanctions included freezing the assets of these individuals and preventing them from entering the territory of the European Union, adding an additional international dimension to the context of monitoring these factions and the leaders associated with them.

In Til Hamis, which the forces loyal to the Damascus government are trying to bring under control, a liter of gasoline has risen to 10,000 Lira, and a sack of bread to 6,000 Lira. The people are furious and are preparing for protests

ISIS Prisoners are now being released in Idlib, Tartus, and Raqqa as part of the general amnesty issued by the Sharia court.
What must be understood within the Syrian context: The general amnesty includes almost everyone who has committed crimes in Syria.
The Syrian Government who carried out the massacres against the Alawite minority in Syria are all being released, having served less than 1 year in prison - a testimony to the New Syrian Government failing to hold its forces accountable and punish those whom have evidently committed atrocities.

It doesn’t stop here though - similarly, the Syrian Government Forces whom have carried out massacres against the Druze minority in Syria are also being released; having served a few months in prison.
