The Damascus government said they banned oil refineries in Deir ez-Zor for public health reasons, but they are taking the oil to refineries in Idlib.

Damascus Breaks the Agreement with SDF: Formation of βLiwa al-Qudsβ and Mobilization for an Anticipated Attack in Hasakah
Multiple sources have announced that forces affiliated with the Syrian interim government are forming a new military faction called βLiwa al-Qudsβ inside a camp known as βAl-Azraq Campβ in the al-Bab area east of Aleppo.
The formation reportedly includes Sunni individuals from Latakia province, particularly from the al-Faydh and al-Saliba areas, in addition to Sunnis from the city of Jableh.
According to the sources, recruits are being offered salaries of up to $600, paid in Turkish lira. The data also indicates that recruitment efforts primarily target individuals with bad reputations or criminal records, in exchange for the financial incentives offered.
The faction is led by a commander known as βAbu Ubaida.β So far, the third group of members arriving from Latakia province has been transferred.
