Ma la novità è che ora vi è una presa di coscienza del fenomeo. Infatti, il 52% dice di aver adottato misure per ridurlo: il 57% si impegna a ridurre il tempo sui #socialmedia e il 58% il tempo trascorso sui #videogames.
