Life used to be about SURVIVAL.

Now that surviving is so easy, everyone is obsessed with being happy.

Life isn’t about being happy.

Humans didn’t evolve to be happy.

We are constantly discontent to ensure we struggle to thrive.

Happiness in itself is an impossible goal.

The easiest way to make yourself unhappy is to measure your life purely by how happy you are.

A healthier mindset is to accept that you don’t care if you’re happy or not.

I don’t care how I feel, because my decisions are CONSCIOUS.

I never WANT to go gym.

But I always go.

I still train when I feel lazy.

The list goes on and on.

Take control of your own mind. Make the right call regardless of feeling.

Unlimited possibility awaits.

If you make your parents proud and make your enemies jealous then you’ll make yourself happy.

Most people are slow because they’re disorganised.

And they get angry at being told to hurry up,

Because in THEIR mind.

Being disorganised is not their own fault.

The better the excuses you can find for failing.

The less guilty you will feel for failing.

And you’ll become more likely to fail.

The hunter doesn’t hate the wolf.

The wolf doesn’t hate the sheep.

But violence is sure between them.

This is the way of the world, some people want to kill you because of who you are.

When you’re supporting people, you don’t have the freedom to question your boss.

Supporting yourself is one thing.

Supporting a family is another.

This is the reason 99% of people tolerate bullshit jobs.

Selfless care for their responsibility over others.

Single people quit.

Feminism has demonised the role of staying home and raising children.

This is the single most important job on earth.

As females start to believe they should be doing other things.

The male role remains unchanged.

Protect and provide at all costs. Or you’re valueless.

You need to be COMPOUNDING.

You need to grab your success and use it to multiply your future successes.

Grab your money, use it to earn more money, and repeat it indefinitely.

Exponential growth is the only way to reach the upper limits of possibility.

You don’t have what you want because you CANNOT handle what you want.

“I want my own business”

You couldn’t handle the stress and accountability.

If you could - guess what - you’d have your own business.

You have what you deserve. Nothing more. Nothing less.

If you are going through hell.

Why would you stop moving forward?

I love having only ONE thing on my mind.

No matter how chaotic or dangerous or scary that thing is...

There is a sense of peace in singular focus.

I cannot remember a single day I’ve woken up and not felt “stressed”

Otherwise known as - responsibility.

Duty.

I have things to do, important things.

“Stress” is LIFE.

It bothers me zero because I was built to perform.

Imagine a stressless life - look how empty it is.

Every man wants to be big.

Every man wants to be strong, to be able to fight, to travel the world and to have millions of pounds.

Anyone who says this isn't true is full of shit.

You may want some other things too, but you wouldn't say no to any of them.

Most people don’t hate the system.

They hate what they’d see without it.

That’s why they stay.

It’s very easy to understand the inevitability of strength if you relentlessly go to the gym.

Getting rich is the EXACT same.

You won’t see the results immediately in the short term, but on a long enough timeline, wealth is inevitable.

Never tell your problems to someone who can’t help.

What for? Therapy?
