A plurality of those that want a deal ASAP want a deal to be made with Iran even if it results in America not seizing Iran's enriched uranium. 38% yes, 26% no, 29% unsure. 11% not asked the question.

🇮🇷⚓️️️️️️️️️️🇮🇷❌🇺🇸- The IRGC has announced that, following warning shots using Qader anti-ship cruise missiles and kamikaze drones, US destroyers USS Truxtun (DDG-103) and USS Mason (DDG-87) withdrew from the Gulf of Oman toward the Indian Ocean.

➡️ The IRGC also stated that the amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli (LHA-7) has been forced to leave the Gulf of Oman, alongside other vessels from the George W. Bush carrier strike group.

➡️ The IRGC Navy Command warned that if enemy vessels remain within range, longer-range missiles will be used if necessary, calling on US forces to cease what it described as maritime harassment and disruption of commercial shipping in the region.

🇺🇸🌏❌🇮🇷- According to TankerTrackers, the interdicted vessel, also known as LENORE (IMO: 9259367), formerly named DAVINA, is laden with approximately 1.9 million barrels of Iranian crude oil.

➡️ The vessel departed Iran on March 23rd, 2026, going offline from AIS tracking at that point, and spent the past six weeks hiding off Galle, Sri Lanka, having loaded its cargo at Kharg Island on March 20th. LENORE's AIS transponder came back online as a result of today's interdiction.

➡️ The vessel has transported roughly 20 million barrels of Iranian oil since 2024 and was placed under US OFAC sanctions on October 11th, 2024.

🇮🇷🇮🇷- The Shahed-Dena, also known as "OMID," was deployed recently by the Iranian Armed Forces against U.S. naval forces in the Gulf of Oman. It is an advanced one-way attack drone named in honor of the IRIS Dena, an Iranian navy frigate sunk in the Indian Ocean during the recent war.

➡️ Unlike the older Shahed-136, which uses commercial GPS to strike fixed land targets, the Shahed-Dena is specifically engineered for maritime interdiction, equipped with optical, thermal, or active radar-homing terminal seekers capable of tracking and striking moving naval vessels at sea.

➡️ The drone represents a significant evolution in Iran's asymmetric naval strategy. It is usually deployed in swarms alongside older, cheaper Shahed variants designed to saturate enemy air defenses and exhaust expensive interceptors such as the SM-2 and SM-6.

➡️ While Aegis systems track multiple targets, the Shahed-Dena can lock onto and hit key warship areas like radar and communication systems. These drones work with Ghadir missiles, complicating defense for US and allied naval forces.
