The attack took place at around 4:30 local time, right as classes end. The district, predominantly Hazara Shia, has been targeted multiple times by the Islamic State's Khorasan Province, or IS-K, although the group still hasn't claimed responsibility.

➡️ Russian forces have also advanced south/southwest of Vovchansk into southern Hrafske as well as finally securing their control over the village of Vilcha

➡️ Finally, the Russian military continues to expand their bulge northeast of Velykyi Burluk with the settlements of Ustynivka, Ivashchyne, and Anyshchyne all falling under Russian control

❗️🛢 - Visible traffic through the Strait of Hormuz slows to a crawl, according to maritime intelligence data from Kpler.

The number of crossings in the last 3 days were 3, 2 and 6 respectively, substantially lower than the 10-day moving average of 11 ships. The data does not include dark flow vessels whose transponders were turned off.

State oil company Saudi Aramco is still offering cargoes via ship to ship transfer in the Gulf of Oman. However, the offer is only available to a few Chinese refiners.

The Chinese linked gas carrier Xavia was spotted going into the Persian Gulf via the Iranian corridor.
