— 18-year old Henry Nowak was stabbed to death five times on 3 December, 2025 by a Sikh immigrant named Vickrum Digwa. Nowak was stabbed by a kirpan, a weapon officially allowed by British authorities as a religious exception to a British law banning blades that aren't carried for a "good reason"; one of those "good reasons" is not self-defense.

Law enforcement immediately believed Digwa's false story of being subject to a racist hate crime. Law enforcement did not believe Nowak was stabbed, and the last things Nowak heard was law enforcement reading him his rights. Law enforcement didn't even call an ambulance for Nowak. Even during sentencing, the judge defamed Nowak's character, condemning Nowak for calling his murderer a "bad man".

None of the police officers involved in the death of Nowak have been fired, and only one has resigned.

Digwa's family at the scene actively assisted in helping Vickrum cover up the murder, with his mother hiding the knife used in the scene. Vickrum's family members have also directly attacked Henry Nowak's family in court for allegedly being "racist". None of the family members at the scene bothered to inform the police of Nowak's stabbing.
