🏳️❌🇷🇺🇲🇱 — Azawad Liberation Front (FLA - Tuareg rebels) ambushed a joint Malian Armed Forces and Africa Corps (formerly Wagner PMC) between Aguelhok and Kidal yesterday morning.

➡️ The first clashes started last night when Malian forces detected FLA movements north and conducted an operation, allegedly killing 10 FLA operatives, however in the morning the same convoy that was en route from Gao initially was ambushed in a large scale operation in which FPV drones and heavy weapons were used.

➡️ After several hours of clashes, FLA claimed the destruction of 21 vehicles and the capture of 18 others, including a notable APC and 12 tankers, the approximately 10 vehicles left managed to arrive to Aguelhok.

➡️FLA claimed the death of 'dozens' of both soldiers and mercenaries, while 15 bodies were abandoned on the site of the ambush, FLA on their side reports losing 3 fighters including field commander Issouf Bougara killed by a drone strike/airstrike on his vehicle [media 2], as well as 2 vehicles and 7 injuries.
