🏳️❌🇲🇱🇷🇺🇲🇱 — This morning, FLA rebels targeted the Soumpi base belonging to the Malian army, claims material and human losses

➡️ Local sources reported 3 drones targeted the Soumpi base, where Malian soldiers and Wagner mercenaries were reportedly positioned, FLA claims 2 were killed and 13 injured in the attack.

➡️Since the past few months, the FLA has been increasingly displaying its newly acquired kamikaze drone capabilities, attacking several bases in the north of the country.

🏴❌🇳🇪 — On the 25th May, IS-Sahel attacked two major bases of the Nigerien special forces and national guard in Eknewan, Tillia, killing over 40 soldiers

➡️ The ISSP terrorists launched a coordinated assault on the two bases and took control of both of them in about 30 minutes of clashes, 7 vehicles were destroyed and others captured, along with weapons and ammunition.

➡️IS terrorists then chased down fleeing soldiers, bringing the total casualty toll to 40 killed and dozens injured, the special forces commander and another soldier were captured, after interrogation they were executed.

➡️ Local sources reported the use kamikaze drones during the assault, IS-Sahel has not commented on this but it is usual for IS-Sahel and ISWAP to underreport on their capabilities.
