🏴🇸🇾🇮🇶 — A recent report, corroborated by inside sources, talks about new developments pertaining to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

➡️ After the rebel takeover of Syria, the Islamic State started a large migration to Iraq, bypassing corrupt Iraqi border guards and going through unchecked routes.

➡️ All IS headquarters and bases in the Syrian deserts were reportedly evacuated, with IS terrorists going back to Syrian cities (Homs, Aleppo, Raqqah etc...) undercover for the time being.

➡️ The reason behind these drastic changes is the loss of legitimacy IS would get from fighting the new Syrian government, as most Sunnis would start siding with the government instead of them, which pushed IS to go back to Iraq and fight the US PMF and Iraqi army.

➡️ A large IS force is now on standby in Syrian cities, waiting for the situation to degrade further, likely plotting prison breaks against SDF held territory and Iraqi army positions.
