We seek to rebuild relations with Russia and Iran and we have received positive messages in this regard.

On Feb. 10, Iraqi Security Forces (ISF), enabled by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces, conducted precision airstrikes in the vicinity of Kirkuk, Iraq, killing two ISIS operatives.

An initial post-strike clearance found the dead ISIS operatives, an explosive suicide belt, explosive material, and components of weapons destroyed in the strike.

The ISF-led operation is part of the ongoing Defeat-ISIS campaign to disrupt and degrade ISIS' capabilities, dismantle their attack networks, and ensure the enduring defeat of ISIS. Coalition Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CTF-OIR) enabled ISF during the operation by providing technical support and intelligence.

ISIS remains a threat to the region and beyond, and CENTCOM, along with partners and allies, will continue to aggressively pursue these terrorists.

The successive facts and events since the beginning of the "Al-Aqsa flood" operation up until now have proven that the only solution for the recovery of the prisoners and the return of stability is only through the exchange deal, knowing that the Palestinian resistance has fulfilled its duty and obligations to the fullest while the enemy left his prisoners in the circle of danger and the unknown.

We bear the consequences of the occupation government's reneging on its obligations towards our afflicted people and the continuous violations of the cease-fire agreement, and that the fate of the prisoners in the resistance is linked to Netanyahu's behavior positively or negatively, and here we confirm the fixed rule that we are committed to the cease-fire agreement in all its capacities, whatever was committed to the enemy.

We must start by recognizing that returning to Ukraine's pre-2014 borders is an unrealistic objective ... the US does not believe that NATO membership for Ukraine is a realistic outcome of a negotiated settlement.

Instead, any security guarantee must be backed by capable European and non-European troops.

If these troops are deployed as peacekeepers to Ukraine, at any point, they should be deployed as part of a non-NATO mission, and they should not be covered under Article Five.
