The speculations vary from certain hardware or software failure to malicious agents or excessive use by the government. The official Grok pages either ignore questions or keep saying that nothing is happening.

Unfortunately, Gang of Dragon developers' social media pages are vanishing. Even their YouTube is gone.
The studio, founded by the creator of Yakuza game series, lost the funding a few months ago. The publisher NetEase refused to provide extra $44m to complete the game and stopped financing the development since the beginning of 2026.
Instead they proposed the Devs to find a new publisher who will be ready to cover up the initial development and assets + any further operations. If so, NE would happily share the IP. Which is better than nothing but still a horrible deal.

The company accidentally sent the access to the full movie, the guy who got it reported the whole thing and got no response from the studio.
Then he posted parts of it, still no answer, just jokes that he cut it from some trailers. Then he got mad and leaked the whole movie.
Now he's arrested and charged with "unauthorized access to the server". He right away claimed that the studio emailed him the whole thing, that's kinda not unauthorised access.
Why are they trying to use unauthorized access instead of simply moving on with piracy? The possible penalties are much more severe (up to 7 years in prison).

GFA Games, the studio behind the game PIONER is probably dead: their bank accounts are frozen by financial authorities (they owe the state at least 13 million rubles) and a few weeks before that several employees said that barely anyone in the studio was paid…
Since apparently the studio behind Pioner is faking their online CCU on Steam, they also forgot to turn bots off during the server maintenance when the game was not working 😅 (for over an hour)
As we discussed before, their bank accounts were frozen due to 13 m roubles owed in taxes and employees reported that their salaries weren't paid for a few months.
