Back in 2022 Sony Acquired Oscar-Winning VP/VFX Company Pixomondo. Now it will be shut down.
The company is mostly known for VFX on TV and big screens, including The Boys and Game of Thrones, Fast and Furious, Netflix's Avatar, and dozens of other projects. Soon about 500 people will loose their jobs.
Most of the company used to be made of per-project contractors. They will complete their active projects in the next few months, but should not expect contract renewals. Some senior permanent staff will be transferred to Sony Pictures Imageworks VFX structure.

And after just a few days Crimson Desert reviews turned to 73% positive and the score keeps growing. A lot of people discuss that they have learned how to play and it is getting better over time.

Battlefield 4 is oddly broken and I believe it always was.
- IR scopes make the weapon model lose the material for split second
- Prison break mission is not always loading meshes (so you fall through and die)
- Swimming is tied to FPS so if you have over 60 FPS one of the missions is not playable (and can only be fixed by console commands)
- In many cases the player can look through objects.
- Checkpoints are not always working well if you walk around the expected route.
And I can continue.
