Also, same as in many of their games, cutscenes are locked at 30 FPS which crushes the VRR (GSync/FreeSync) on the majority of monitors and make all these moments stutter like hell.

Ubisoft is working on a fix for locked cutscenes but as of now there are mods to fix it. Or, you can set the game to high preset (or lower) and it will remove the lock.

Watch Dogs (2014)
Looks both good and dated but for something that old it's nice.
The city is much less interactive than in WD2 (where they pulled off tons of stores, public places, gang corners, and such). But the exploration is still rewarding.
