🇰🇿 Due to blizzards hitting Kazakhstan, 11 trains were stranded at the Shu station, remaining idle for a day (21 hours).

🆘 Local residents, understanding that passengers were unprepared for such a turn of events, collected funds, bought groceries, and prepared a dish known as 'plov' for all passengers. They distributed it free of charge to people caught in the snow trap. Passengers with small children were accommodated in homes.

📣 The most important thing in any situation is to remain human! Together we can achieve a lot. Strength is in unity.

📍 🇰🇿 Yesterday, on December 30, 2023, due to a snowstorm, 1359 vehicles got stuck on the roads in the Karaganda region.

🆘 This involved 3459 individuals, including 129 children, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.

‼️ On the Almaty-Ekaterinburg highway alone, 1150 vehicles were stranded, with more than 3000 people inside.

⚠️ During the night, 110 individuals, including 7 children, were evacuated from the Botakara-Bayanaul and Botakara-Karkaralinsk highways. (31.12.2023)
