‼️🇨🇳 Forest fires are raging in southwest China.

🔈 According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire started around 5:00 p.m. on Friday near the villa e of Baizhi in Yajian County, Sichuan Province.

🆘 Chinese authorities have deployed over 1,000 firefighters to Sichuan Province to combat the fire spreading across the mountains.

🔥There have been no reports of casualties yet, but nearly 3,400 villagers have been evacuated, and a section of the highway has been closed due to the fire.

To combat the forest fire raging in the southwestern Chinese province of Sichuan, more than 1,000 firefighters and seven helicopters have been deployed.

☄️ In February, in the neighboring province of Guizhou, more than 200 forest fires were recorded, leading to 11 major mountain fires that claimed the lives of two rescuers.
