🔥 At least three homes and around a dozen outbuildings were destroyed by a fire in the Grampians, Victoria, while a new wildfire now threatens lives and properties in Western Australia.

⚠️ Victoria's Premier, Jacinta Allan, stated on Sunday morning, December 29, that damage assessments are still ongoing, and the full scale of the disaster remains unclear. She highlighted that it is remarkable that the fire, which has already burned through 76,000 hectares, has not resulted in any human casualties.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese expressed his heartfelt gratitude to firefighters battling the blaze, which was found to have been caused by a lightning strike during the Christmas period.
