Unlocking the hips - creating space in the joint⚡️

One of the requests sent to me was for “gip in the hip”. 🙂 If you have tight/painful hips and can sit with your feet touching each other (as in video), this may be good medicine for you.

Our bodies are our blueprint - the body has experienced every emotion - joy, love, grief, sadness, anger, pride… everything!

The hips are a place that emotions, especially fear often gets locked in. If hips are tight that affects the pelvis. If we start shuffling around because hips lack mobility, conditions like incontinence can set in.

Unlock your hips once a day for at least a few days. Feel free to share how you’re getting on. Enjoy!

New interview! Meet Olli Ricken ⚡️

Olli Ricken is an NLP and journey practitioner, clown and circus performer, comedian and artist.

Olli created the 1st The Tip of the Iceberg exhibition to encourage support, connection and conversation around Covid-19 and vaccine deaths.

It was so successful that with Voices for Freedom she created The Tip of the Iceberg 2 which was much bigger.

People sewed together 10,000 flags and painted hearts on stones to represent the Covid vaccine heart injuries. Each flag represented 6 reported Covid vaccine injuries.

The exhibition also featured personal stories from the vaccine injured from The Health Forum NZ.

Olli is now working with a growing team to take The Tip of the Iceberg exhibition all over New Zealand.

It is amusing when some 'awake' now claim those 'not awake' are 'sheep' while I see the rabbit holes uncovered now that I went down 20+ yrs ago - as many many more did before me.

eg. The idea of a false flag alien invasion is not new. There's even a documentary on Netflix with Steven Greer called Unacknowledged (2017) about how alien craft have been reverse engineered and the final card is to unite the world in global slavery around a fake alien invasion.

Actual UFOs and aliens are indeed real and have been around deactivating nuclear missiles and trying to help us. This is also not new.

Investigators swarmed to the school. The most famous was Harvard Psychiatrist John Mack, M.D.
