1. Prejudice – the lead track is a funk-rock look at how prejudice in all its forms can arise, but that “…tolerance is what we need, not prejudice…”
2. Let It Go – is a driving rock track which suggest that we can free ourselves from the shackles of desire if we “...simply let it go…”

Hector (The Collector) – is a high-tempo, punky rock story of ‘Hector-ism’, ie. the obsession of collecting material reminders of the things we’ve actually experienced, which can bog us down in stuff that we never have time to look at. But if you’re someone who has succumbed to that desire to collect such souvenirs the message is “...why should you care, ‘cause you were there…”

MSM is highlighting the bizarre 'coincidence' that surrounds Dr Rashid Buttar's death.
Express News UK (May 22):
British-born Dr Rashid Buttar, US based, had insisted that the pandemic was politically motivated and planned.
Dr Rashid Buttar died in what is claimed to be mysterious circumstances after insisting during a controversial interview about his Covid pandemic disinformation that he had been poisoned with 200 times of "what was in the vaccine".
The British-born doctor, who was part of a group nicknamed the 'Disinformation dozen', died suddenly on Saturday, May 20 at the age of 57.
Reports say that he was an anti-vaxxer who had become a cult figure among those opposed to the vaccine during the pandemic.
He had previously alleged on a CNN program that challenged his conspiracy theories that the Covid pandemic was “planned” and “politically motivated”.
His theories were so well-known that the Centre for Countering Digital Hate named him one of the top 12 people responsible for producing around 65% of all anti-vaccine content between 2020 and 2023.
He died days after claiming that he had been given a “poison” containing “200 times of what was in the vaccine”.
The Daily Star reports that the cause of death has not been made public, nor has the reason why he recently spent time in intensive care.

Maya and the Virtual Self⚡️

Hello conscious people! It's been a while since I posted anything here, but I wanted to let you know of a new series of articles I've begun on my substack, The Wise Body.
The series is about technology and how it relates to Eastern teachings of maya or illusion. I also introduce the fundamentals of a nondual perspective, which I think is a way we all need to learn to think in order to mature into our potential.
In the first post, I talk about how technology confuses us about who we are, and how we can find ways out of delusion and fantasy. My own ways out are to remember:
🔹 To touch the human behind the screen. Use technology as a means for human beings to connect, not an end in itself.
🔹 I am—and you are, a living process—not a machine. When you use technology, ask yourself: how do you want to be, who do you want to become?
🔹 Your online self is only part of who you are, not the whole. Make space for the rest of you, especially your physical, embodied self, in your life.

The document explains we are all separate experiences of one Absolute (God/Consciousness/Truth) and our minds collapse the infinite energy of the Absolute into the world of space and time we see out there.
Through hypnosis, meditation and biofeedback techniques we can experience different frequencies of awareness that enable us to have Out of Body (OBE) 'kundalini' experiences and explore other levels of consciousness outside of our perceived time and space where other living beings and entities reside.
These levels of consciousness are closer to the Absolute, the document explains, and every one of us can only end the illusion of separation if we 'know thyself' by discovering 'self-consciousness' which is who we truly are. In other words, by knowing and returning to the Absolute.

Chronic stress = Chronically unsafe environment?
I think the main problem for people to access deep enough relaxation is that traumatic dissociation exists which creates a barrier, most of this chronic stress may only exist due to the cabal slave system, and if that flips soon then progress could be fast, like when you release a trapped spring (especially if we get the sci/fi tech). The therapeutic process may require a safe world, something that may arrive soon. Deep relaxation is certainly the final frontier.
Also, I sometimes see that when someone has no experience of chronic stress or serious trauma they just have no conception of what it’s like, you may as well be talking about an unknown colour, that’s when you hear people say things like “snap out of it”, “get over it”, “it’s just in your mind” or “you can chose it or not”.

SUPREME AUTHORITY⚡️

Sovereignty means “Supreme Authority,” and is often referred to in a political sense. However, in the context of our purposes in these times, it’s not political and simply means that you are your own supreme authority, and whatever inner guidance that informs you (The Universe/Source/God, etc).
Being sovereign points to not outsourcing your wellbeing or authority to others in any way. Of course, there are others who may teach and guide us, having knowledge and skills that we don't yet have, or who posses gifts that serve and support us. Ultimately, however, it’s up to us to know the game of being enslaved and do what we can to bring ourselves back from being “ruled.”
This can look like many things, from doing your inner work to know yourself, to knowing (and embodying) that all external authorities are simply men and women who sometimes act as a title. We're all on our own journey of reclamation and of coming back to ourselves. Sometimes it's slow, sometimes it happens in a flash and you will never be the same.
The root of all paths home is the deep remembrance that no one or no thing has authority over you, unless you give it to them. This begins with knowing yourself fully as a sovereign man or woman, taking responsibility for yourself and all aspects of your life.
Sovereignty, in the context of Natural Law, also means that there is no contradiction between your emotions, thoughts and actions. Your head, heart, and gut, are all aligned and your actions reflect this.
Sovereign also means one who is above the rulership or control of another; not a subject or a slave.
Without a slave there is no master, and vice versa.

Only 17% of the population have taken their boosters. So the rest (83%) under current vernacular are “unvaccinated”. If they express any hesitation to more clot-shots then they join us as “anti-Vaxxers”
How about we start pointing out to our partially jabbed friends and colleagues that they are now in our camp? And we welcome them. Their first step in resisting the propaganda and making their own stand. Celebrate 🎊 🎉
