~ Optimal sitting alignment for desk work.
~ The Gut/brain connection — GAPS Dr Natasha Campbell McBride

There is nothing on Wikipedia about Mattias Desmet, his book the Psychology of Totalitarianism, nor Mass Formation, Mass Psychosis or Mass Hypnosis.
Mattias Desmet has not just been deemed a conspiracy theorist in his write up, but has actually been removed.
So has the entire theory of how authorities manipulate the masses into a totalitarian state.
This is not censorship, but deleting info from history to control the present.
“‘Who controls the past,’ ran the Party slogan, ‘controls the future: who controls the present controls the past.’” 1984

Why It Is So Important To Be Humble And Open With Opinions About Who Is Right and What Is Wrong ⚡️

Human consciousness is evolving, and we are all learning. What we all believed true yesterday can turn out not to be true tomorrow.
We must remember that when throwing out judgements and believing our opinion is 'truth.'
Brownstone Institute writes:
Those who are so certain that their opinion is the correct one that they are willing to.. impose it on others run the risk of looking as foolish (and evil) as the witch hunters and eugenicists of generations past.
From the beginning:
It’s easy to see how, in the earliest human societies where basic survival was precarious at best, the nonconformist might represent a threat to group stability, and would therefore be discouraged by whatever means necessary.
Today, the instinct to hate and fear those who behave differently survives, even when it makes little sense for the health of the community.
It is incumbent upon us to use reason and self-control to rise above our more primitive tendencies which, if not mastered, can easily lead to persecution and cruelty towards our fellow man [and woman].
Asking citizens to get vaccinated against a dangerous virus may be reasonable, but what is less so is the pitched hostility towards any solution other than the “official” one.
That the medical nonconformist is having a particularly difficult time of it right now is merely an extension, however, of a long history of persecution directed towards those who fail to fit neatly into the narrowly-defined box.
The infamous witch-hunting manual, Malleus Maleficarum, adds the inability to produce tears as a sure sign of a pact with the devil.
For others who suffered spasms, tics, and loss of muscular coordination, demonic possession was likely to be blamed.
For more modern examples,.. The belief that it was possible to deduce criminality based simply on physical appearance created an environment of considerable danger for any person whose anatomy failed to conform.
Even into the twentieth century,.. the American government forcibly sterilized tens of thousands of its citizens based on the eugenic theory that “bad genes” needed to be stamped out of the population.
It was only after familiarity with Nazi techniques.. that the American public acquired a distaste for this kind of human engineering.
Few people realize that as late as 1987, homosexuality appeared in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association as a mental illness.
The psychiatrist’s toolkit included techniques such as insulin shock therapy and lobotomy, both of which involved the deliberate destruction of parts of the brain.
It is often quipped that a society ought to be judged by how it treats its poorest citizens. It should also be judged by how it treats those who look, think, and behave differently from the norm, as it is only the willingness to be different that makes progress possible.
This is why we need the freedom to make our own decisions.

CBC Upset As Twitter Labels Them "Government-Funded Media"⚡️

We are seeing the end of the days where mainstream media is not held accountable and can get away with lying by omission. Their power is slipping and they hate it.
Twitter recently began adding labels to various news organizations that are publically or government funded, and some are taking great issue with it.
CBC in Canada is one of the latest organizations to receive the rating, initially being labelled “government-funded media,” but now labelled as “69% government-funded media.”
This of course is entirely true. CBC received $1.24 billion in 2021-2022 in federal government funding.
CBC was not happy about the label and publicly took to Twitter stating:
“We cannot in good conscience continue to post fact-based news and information to Twitter, or engage on it, while a false impression of government involvement in our work is allowed to stand.”
They are stating that by being labelled “government-funded” people will assume they won’t be impartial. But who would decide if someone is impartial? How would we know other than to look at the type of content CBC produces? Doesn’t CBC realize people think they are partial because of their heavy bias on events like COVID and the Freedom Convoy?
CBC and the rest of the mainstream media world had little issue supporting the all-out ban of Russia Today on Big Tech at the start of the Russia-Ukraine war because RT is “Russian state-sponsored.” But now that they are being given that label and it’s suddenly a problem?
No one is suggesting there is a corporation or government official controlling every story that comes out of the CBC, but to think there isn’t a culture of omission and propaganda that protects the government on important issues is disingenuous.
People are losing trust in mainstream media for this very reason.
BBC News and NPR were both recently labelled by Twitter as well. The move upset NPR so much that they decided to leave Twitter.

In this piece, I would like to focus on smartphones and their relation to digital sovereignty. Smartphones present an interesting challenge when it comes to digital sovereignty, in that so many of its functions are heavily dependent on things like location tracking and internet communications.
I will present two different solutions to the smartphone conundrum; one involves ditching smartphones altogether, and one involves looking at seeing whether existing devices can be retro-fitted with software that better promotes digital sovereignty.
