Based upon my experiences on the road as the "Johnny Appleseed of Election Integrity" these past several years I've also considered:

"Mike's Defamation Case in Colorado"

Mike Lindell only needs one person of eight on the jury to believe that Mike believes what he's been saying, and Mike will evade the defamation judgment.

And obviously, Mike believes it, putting everything on the line, spending all of his personal resources, putting his money where his mouth is.

I've spent a lot of personal time with Mike... believe me, he believes what he's been claiming. I suspect someone on the jury will believe him too.

I continue to be shocked that the attorneys in Mike’s and Tina’s cases have never contacted me, nor discussed the cases with me, despite my clear involvement in both situations.

I only testified at Tina’s sentencing as a last minute effort to set the record straight, and when I finally met with her attorneys to prepare, they were unaware of several critical details.

Heck, the prosecution even played a recording of me in Tina’s office during the trial, the defense knew it was going to happen, and the attorneys still never contacted me to understand it and it’s context.

And remember… Mike’s current attorney is the one who submitted a brief created by AI that was full of substantial errors.

It’s not about me. It’s about thorough preparation on behalf of a client.

I’m left to wonder if it is a setup, or you get what you pay for, or simple incompetence.
