Decades before Munich, a Czech movement had already fused nationalism and socialism into a distinct political program rooted in Hussite memory, social reform, and national sovereignty. This article traces the movement from Klofáč and the 1897 Czech split through its influence on German-Bohemian national socialism and explains how a political label later monopolized by Hitler had a much older and very different history.
