NECROPHILIA : SEX WITH DEAD IN HINDUISM

Hindu God Shiva had sex with his dead wife sati
Brahmanda Purana 2.6-10 "Pieces of dead body of Hindu goddess Sati fall everywhere on earth and shiva finds her vagina at Kamarupa and put his penis into it"

Brahma Vaivarta Purana, Krishna Janma Khanda 43.1-24 "Lamenting thus and afflicted with grief, he held the dead body of his beloved wife to his breast and kissed and embraced it again and again. Siva pressed his lips to the lips of his beloved and embracing her repeatedly swooned again”

Brahma also had sex with a dead body in a cremation ground. His son Salliyan was born from this necrophilia.

In Hindu cults, term savaväda (sava-väda, ‘corpse-way’) applies to the ritual disciplines based on necrophilic beliefs. Shavavada sects are all Shaivite or Shakta, and include the Aghoris, Kälamukhas, Käpälikas, Kaulas and others of that category. They consort with corpses, since contact of the male member with the yoni or anus of the dead is thought to be capable of charging the practitioner with power. Necrophilia is common practice in these sects. The ritual sex in tantra involves sex with corpse
(The Hindu world by Benjamin walker page 129)

The Vira Cudamani requires the naked practitioner (the sadhaka) and his partner to sit on the corpse and practise maithuna, tantric sex. The Sri Matottara Tantra instructs that the corpse must be intact, beautiful. Mantra mahodadhih says that the sadhaka who seeks lordship should sit naked on the heart of a corpse in a cremation ground and offer the goddess one thousand flowers, each covered with his semen, while reciting her mantra. The same section of the text describes a ritual in which the sadhaka should imagine the goddess seated on the chest of a corpse en gaged in sex with her consort on a fifteen-petaled lotus while the sadhaka is also having sexual intercourse.

J. C. Oman makes this point quite clearly : with its depraved tàntrikas, India is the only country in the world where the bizarre pathologies and mental illnesses (so clearly analyzed and classified by Western psychologists) are not only widespread, but actually made into religious cults: “Cases, few and far between, of necrophilism, anthropophagy and coprology are not unknown to mental pathologists in Europe; but it is only in India that such perverted instincts could be made the basis of a religious sect." Source : John Campbell Oman, Ascetics of India p. 165

(Note : Necrophilia isn't considered a crime in India)

Some examples of Hindu Necrophilia :

Hindu Aghoris practice Necrophilia with dead, its a common ritual. Aghori seek to satiate the needs of Goddess Kali through cannibalism and sex with corpses.

Neo Hindus are nowadays spreading lies that Hindus started sati because of Mughals.
FACT: Sati is mentioned in Hindu scriptures, and the Mughals banned sati, which is a widow-burning practise of Hindus. During the colonial rule in India, the British passed the Bengal Sati Regulation, 1829 Act, which criminalised the practise of widow burning. The Mughals too kept this practise in check. Mughal rulers and governors kept a watch over their dominions, ensuring that no Hindu woman should be forced to burn without her consent, and this is how this practise was reduced in mediaeval India.

Second Mughal Emperor Humayun tried to ban this custom of widow burning but he didn't issue any decree because of fear of revolt from High castes Hindus in whom this practice was prevalent. Sidi Ali Reis, a Turkish admiral who travelled in India during the 1550s mentioned in his account
"the deceased leaves a wife, past childbearing ' she is not burnt, if, however, she is not past that age she is unconditionally burnt. If a wife of her own free will offers herself to be burnt, the relations celebrate the occasion with great rejoicings. Should the Mahommedans interfere and forcibly prevent the self-sacrifice, fate decrees that their king must die, and no other be raised. For this reason, officers of the Padishah are always present on such occasions, to prevent any act of violence"

Akbar, son of Humayun also banned forced sati and kept this practice in check. He issued orders that No Hindu woman should be burned without her choice. Akbarnama which is an autobigraphy of Akbar, informs that vigilant and truthful men were appointed by Akbar in every city and district in order that the two classes of cases might be continually kept distinct and that the forcible burning might not be permitted.

Abu Fazl in Akbarnama volume 3 p. 395 mentioned
"In the interior of Hindustan it is the custom, when a husband dies, for his widow willingly and cheer fully to cast herself into the flames (of the funeral pile), although she may not have lived happily with him. Occasionally love of life holds her back, and then the husband’s relations assemble, light the pile, and place her upon it, thinking that they thereby preserve the honour and character of the family. But since the country had come under the rule of his gracious Majesty, inspectors had been appointed in every city and district, who were to watch carefully over these two cases, to discriminate between them, and to prevent any woman being forcibly burnt."

Akbar was reported to have interfered personally in some cases and stopped widow from burning themselves. Historian Vincent smith mentioned such an incident in his book Akbar the Great Mogul, p. 226 about widow of rajput general Jaimal who had been sent on duty died near Chausa from the effects of the heat and over exertion. His widow, a daughter of Udai Singh, refused to commit suttee, as demanded by the custom of the family. Her son, also named Udai Singh, and other relatives insisted that, willing or unwilling, she must burn. When Akbar heard this news, he rode to the spot and saved the woman from getting sacrificed. A French traveller named Jean-Baptiste Tavernier who visited Mughal India between years 1630 and 1668 mentioned in his journal p.210 about how mughals employed governors in every region to ensure no unwilling woman would be burned alive by Hindus and how mughals gave charity to Hindu widows since they used to live in misery and widow remarriage was banned in high caste hindu communities. He mentioned "But it should be remarked that a woman cannot burn herself with the body of her husband without having received permission from the Governor of the place where she dwells, and those Governors who are Musalmans, hold this dreadful custom of self-destruction in horror, and do not readily give permission. On the other hand, it is only childless widows who can be reproached for not having loved their husbands if they have not had courage to burn themselves after their death, and to whom this want of courage will be for the remainder of their lives a cause of reproach. For widows who have children are not permitted under any circumstances to burn themselves with the bodies of their husbands ; and so far from custom obliging them, it is ordained that they shall live to watch over the education of their children. Those to whom the Governors peremptorily refuse to grant permission to burn themselves pass the remainder of their lives in severe penances and in doing charitable deeds."

Another traveller François Bernier mentioned in his account 'a description of the Mogul Empire' p. 306 that Mughals ensure that no unwilling woman should be burnt and they also dissuade widows from burning themselves by providing them financial aid as remarriage was banned in High caste hindu society and strict rules were enforced on widows.
"Mahometans, by whom the country is governed, doing all in their power to suppress the barbarous custom. They do not, indeed, forbid it by a positive law, because it isi a part of their policy to leave the idolatrous population, which is so much more numerous than their own, in the free exercise of its religion ; but the practice is checked by indirect means. No woman can sacrifice herself without permission from the governor of the province in which she resides, and he never grants it until he shall have ascertained that she is not to be turned aside from her purpose : to accomplish this desirable end the governor reasons with the widow and makes her enticing promises ; after which, if these methods fail, he sometimes sends he shall live to watch over the education of their children. Those to whom the Governors peremptorily refuse to grant permission to burn themselves pass the remainder of their lives in severe penances and in doing charitable deed"

John Ovington (1653–1731) also mentioned in his account A Voyage To Surat In The Year 1689 that Mughal rulers have completely abolished this custom of widow burning in many regions and only some wives of Hindu rajas are allowed. SOURCE : LINK p.201

Jean de Thévenot who visited India in 1666 mentioned in his travel accounts p.120
"There are several other kinds of Funerals among the Gentiles of the Indies, but the madness of the Women in being burnt with their Husbands, is so horrid, that I desire to be excused that I write no more of it. To conclude, the Women are happy that the Mahometans are become the Masters in the Indies, to deliver them from the tyranny of the Bramens, who always desire their death, because these Eadies being never burnt without all their Ornaments of Gold and Silver about them, and none but they having power to touch their Ashes ; they fail not to pick up all that is preicous from amongst them. However, the Great Mogul and other Mahometan Princes, having ordered their Governours to employ all their care in suppressing that abuse, as much as lies in their power, it requires at present great Solicitations and considerable Presents, for obtaining the permission of being Burnt ; so that the difficulty they meet with in this, secures a great many Women from the infamy they would incur in their Caste, if they were not forced to live by a Superior Power."
SOUCE : LINK

Mughal King Jahangir had instructed to stop the practice. He mentioned in his memoirs "In the practice of being burnt on the funeral pyre of their husbands, as sometimes exhibited among the widows of the Hindus, I had previously directed,no woman who happens to be a mother of children should not be allowed to be Sati even if she wishes to be Sati and I now further ordained, that in no case was the practice to be permitted, when compulsion was in the slightest degree employed, whatever might be the opinions of the people. In other respects they were in no wise to be molested in the duties of their religion nor exposed to oppression or violence in any manner whatever. " [Source : Memoirs of the Emperor Jahangueir by David Prince p.28]

Mughal ruler Aurangzeb also banned this practice when he found it was prevalent in many Indian Hindu regions. According to Italian traveller Niccolao Manucci, on his return from Kashmir in December, 1663, he "issued an order that in all lands under Mughal control, never again should the officials allow a woman to be burnt." Manucci adds that "This order endures to this day

The practice of widow burning was completely annihilated from kashmir. English veterinarian and explorer employed by the East India Company , William moorcroft wrote in his account 'Travels In The Himalayan Provinces Of Hindustan' p.131 "They (Hindu women) had long been exempted from the cruel obligation of burning with their husbands, the custom of which, according to tradition, was never very popular in Kashmir, having been suppressed by an edict of Aurangzeb in 1669, and never subsequently revived" [Source : LINK]

Madhavacharya writes on Gita 1.41 “When there is a resultant intermixture of castes due to the destruction of the family structure; those who are responsible are damned to hell; but not only these ruinous family members. Their forefathers are also sent to hell as well due to the cessation of the ritual offerings of food and water that are no longer given due to the fact that there no longer exist any male descendants to perform such rites”

Sridhar Swami writes on Gita 1.41 “When this happens there is an intermingling of castes and the ancestors of these destroyers of the family fall from heaven as they are deprived of their periodic ritual offerings of food and water.”

Swami Nikhilananda writes on Gita 1.41-42
“…Mixing of castes – One of the evil consequences of the depletion of the number of men in society is that the women break the caste rules and traditions as regards marriage. Marriage outside one’s caste is considered irregular by the Hindu law-givers. Rice-balls and water- The reference is to the Hindu religious rites for the dead, known as the Sraddha ceremony, in which rice-balls and water are offered by the eldest son for the satisfaction of the soul of the deceased. This ceremony cannot be performed by children born of irregular marriages, that is to say, marriage in which husband and wife belong to different caste, Deprived of the rice balls and water, the soul of the deceased, according to Hindu tradition, goes to hell…”

To know about the Intercaste honor killings in India you need to know about Pratiloma and Anuloma marriages in Hinduism

Pratiloma marriage in Hinduism : When a low caste man marry a woman of higher caste than himself. Prohibited and punished with death

Anuloma marriage : When a High caste man marry a woman of caste lower than himself. Allowed but usually recommended only for sexual satisfaction

Punishments of Pratiloma intercaste marriage in Hinduism :

Gautama Dharma sutra 23.14-15 "If a woman has sex with a low-caste man, the king should have her publicly devoured by dogs and have the man executed"

Vasistha Dharmasutra 21.1-5 ‘If a Śūdra approaches a female of the Brāhmaṇa caste, the King shall cause him to be tied up in Vīraṇa grass and thrown into fire. Of the woman, he shall have the hair shaved and the body anointed with butter; then placing her naked on a donkey, he shall cause her to be conducted along the public road; it is declared that by this she becomes purified. If a Vaiśya approaches a female of the Brāhmaṇa caste, the King shall have him tied up in Lohita grass and thrown into fire;—[the woman is to be dealt with as above]. If a Kṣatriya approaches a female of the Brāhmaṇa caste, the King shall have him tied up in the leaves of Śara grass and thrown into fire; [the woman is to be dealt with as above], A Vaiśya offending with a Kṣatriya woman shall be dealt with in the same manner; so also a Śūdra offending with a Vaiśva or Ksatriya woman'

Matsya purana 227.132 “If a low caste man wants to marry a high caste girl and does so would be punished with death; similarly If a high woman wishes to marry a lower caste man, she should be punished with death"

Manusmriti 8.377-378 "The Brāhmaṇa who has intercourse with a protected Brāhmaṇa woman by force should be fined one thousand; he who has connection with a willing one, should be fined five hundred But both these (kshatriya and vaishya caste), when offending against a protected Brāhmaṇa woman, should be punished like a Śūdra, or burnt in a fire of dry grass"

Gautama Dharmasutra 12.2 ‘If a Śūdra has intercourse with an Ārya woman, his organ shall he cut off, and all his property shall be confiscated.’

Baudhayana Dharmasutra 2.2.3.52 ‘Let him burn in straw-fire a Śūdra who has intercourse with an Ārya woman.’

Manu Smriti 8.374 “For having sexually visited a woman of any twice-born caste, whether protected or unprotected by her husband, a S’udra shall be punished with the mutilation of his reproductive organ and a confiscation of all his goods and estates in the first named instance

Apastamba Dharmasutra 2.27.9 ‘A Śūdra committing adultery with a woman of any of the three higher castes shall suffer capital punishment'

As I said above Anuloma marriages are considered only for sexual pleasures of 3 caste Hindus.

Bhagvata Purana 11/17/19 "He should marry a girl belonging to same Caste and Younger in Age if he is sexually unsatisfied he can marry a girl belonging to lower caste"

Manusmriti 3.12-13 "For 'twice-born men' a girl of equal caste has been recommended for the first marriage-sacrament. For those, however, who take to it through mere desire, these should be regarded as preferable in due order. For the Shudra, the Shudra girl alone has been ordained to be the wife; for the Vaishya, she as also the girl of his own caste; for the Kshatriya, those two as also the girl of his own caste; and for the Brahmana those three as also the girl of his own caste"

Vasistha Dharma Shastra 18.17-18 "A Sudra wife who belongs to the black race and she is espoused only for pleasure, not in order to fulfil the law."

Pāraskaragṛhyasūtra 1.4 prescribes-that Brāhmaṇas can marry from the three varṇas, Kṣatriyas from the two varṇas and Vaiśyas from his own caste only.

Markandeya Purana 110.31 "according to righteousness, O king. A brahmana who marries wives among all the castes, provided that he marries first a brahmana woman, incurs no injury in his brahmana-hood. Likewise a ksatriya who marries first a ksatriya's daughter, incurs no harm if he marries wives from lower castes; and therefore, O king, these othe wives fall not from their own righteousness. Thus a vaisya, who marries first a vaisya woman and afterwards a girl from a sudra family, is not excluded from the vaisya family. The law is thus declared in order. Brahmans, ksatriyas, vaisyas, who do not first marry women of the same caste, fall by marrying women of other castes"

Garuda Purana ch 95 “A Brahmana is at liberty to take a wife from any of the first three social orders, or to put it more explicitly, a Brahmana shall marry a girl either of his own caste, or one belonging to the warrior (Kshatriya), or to the trading (Vaishya) community. Similarly a Kshatriya shalll marry a Kshatriya or a Vaishya girl, while a Vaishya shall take a wife from his own community, the marriage of a Shudra girl with a member of any of the twice born castes being hereby absolutely forbid.”

Vishnu Smriti 26.5 ”The Sudra wife of a Brahmana can never be for virtue. She is only the object of enjoyment of a passionate Brahmana.”

Most of the Hindu castes are endogamous. According to a recent survey only 5% of the Intercaste marriages happen in India and most results in honor killings perperterated mostly by girl's kin.

This number 5% shouldn't be taken literally because it denotes inter caste marriages in all religious groups of India. Intercaste marriages are highest in Christian Majority state of India, Mizoram (source)

Intercaste marriages are highest in Non Hindu majority states like Kashmir, Meghalaya, Sikkim [source]

Intercaste marriages are also higher in Muslim communities of India. The 5% number doesn't show the reality, Intercaste marriages rarely happen in Hindu communities and they are mostly Pratiloma marriages not Anuloma marriages.

Pratiloma marriage customs are common in Hindu communities.
In Bengal the system is known as kulin system, before Britishers banned this custom Brahmins used to marry 100+ Non Brahmin wives because of the greed of dowry. [source] In Kerala, Nair women were used as concubines by nambudhiri brahmins.[source] In Rajasthan, rajputs used to do concubinage with lower caste women. In other states like Gujarat and haryana a bride purchasing customs known Dhadicha, Maitri karar prevails in which Hindus can contract temporary marriage contract for sexual pleasures.

Even in Hindu majority Bali Intercaste marriages aren't allowed. The intercaste couples face harassment, social boycott and death in Bali. Intercaste marriages were punished by death in Hindu Bali society. Death by drowning in ocean and burning alive were common punishments for intercaste unions

“The Balinese caste system adopts the Indian system,” explained I Nyoman Yoga Segara, an anthropologist and author of Perkawinan Nyerod, one of the definitive books on nyerod marriages. The three castes at the top are the brahmana, or the priests; the ksatria, or the warrior class and the waisya, or the merchants.

Collectively, people born into these castes are known as the triwangsa, while the rest of the populace is called the jaba, (outsiders). “

Conversions to other religions are banned in Hindu India

In BJP Hindutva government ruled states a person engaging in religous conversions will be punished with 10 years imprisonment.

https://www.news18.com/news/india/10-yr-jail-term-condition-for-marriages-as-karnataka-moves-towards-anti-conversion-law-heres-all-to-know-4570340.html

Recently a mass conversion of people to Christianity led to arrest of many Indian christians. The biased Indian Hindu media called it a case of forced conversion.
https://theprint.in/india/in-ups-fatehpur-14-from-church-arrested-in-latest-conversion-crackdown-after-vhp-raises-alarm/1209738/

People who live in India knows the reality of backward Hindu cult and they want to leave this religion but because of such laws and harassment they usually don't. Hindus in western and secular countries proudly preach about their cult but they have problem with Indians leaving Hinduism. The anti conversion laws were made on the request of Hindu religious leaders.

Charity in Hinduism is not allowed because of caste discrimination. In Hinduism, only Brahmins are allowed to receive charity/gifts. Other castes aren't allowed. The receiving of gifts/charity is called Pratigraha in Hinduism and only Brahmins can receive charity
https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/pratigraha

The reason of poverty in India is because of Hindu social system according to enconomists like Vera Anstey who deeply studied about Hindu ideology and Indian history. The wealth inequality in India is worse and its because of casteist Hindu laws which made wealth inaccessible to certain castes. [source]

The Dalits are not allowed to own any property according to Hinduism and Brahmins can snatch their property and wealth if he wants. [source]

The charity work in India was mostly done by Christian NGOs. Hindus didn't like it and they banned all Christian organizations. In 2017, the Guardian reported that ‘India’s largest international donor, the Christian charity Compassion International, was forced to cease its Indian operations in March after the government cut off its foreign funding over concerns it was using the money for proselytisation [source]

This is common
Love is forbidden in Hinduism but rape is allowed.

Hinduism doesn't allow a woman to chose her partner/husband. Men are allowed to chose their wives but only Hindu fathers can chose husband for women. It's called arranged marriages in Hinduism. The ceremony of marriage is called "Kanyadaan" which means gifting of a virgin daughter. Nearly all marriages in Hindu society are arranged marriages and a woman choosing her own partner could result in honor killings.

Devi Bhagavatam 6.22.31-36 “…The girl must accept him to whom the father betrothes. The girl is under every circumstances dependent. Never do they get any independence…”

Manu Smriti 5.149 Him to whom her father may give her, or her brother with the father’s permission, she shall obey as long as he lives, and when he is dead, she must not insult (his memory)
