The “Euro‐Right”

The Euro-Right, made up of the Movimento Sociale Italiano (MSI), the Spanish Fuerza Nueva and the French Parti des Forces Nouvelles, is hailed by the editor of the Paris magazine Défense de l’Occident, Maurice Bardèche, July-August 1978, as “a new idea filling a political void”—“not an ideology but a posture”. This, the old fascist writes, is something very different from the “democratic Europe, i.e. a Europe of the politicians, subservient to trusts and monopolies, fed on the myths and credos of 1945, incapable of defending itself against the infiltrations and the subversion, powerless against the foreign invasion because it makes a dogma of anti-racism”, etc.
With youth playing an important part in each of its constituents, the Euro-Right (says Bardèche) is “opposed to a leprosy-ridden' Left which is conventional and so, unwittingly, conservative”. Rejecting subversion, all “laxity” and the terrorism which is their upshot, the Euro-Right is “the medicine that Europe urgently needs”.

Some prominent American nationalists support Russia in their war with Ukraine, while among European nationalists, especially in Eastern Europe, there is widespread support for Ukraine. I have seen arguments from the American side that people on the Ukrainian side are simply victims of liberal propaganda, while European nationalists see the support of some Americans for Russia as a sign of ignorance about European affairs.

I am arguing that it is in fact in the national interest of certain European nations to oppose Russia in their war with Ukraine. It is not my intention to turn Americans into supporters of Ukraine, but simply to show that Europeans have legitimate reasons for siding with it. I shall also look at this war in the larger context of the Pan-Western cultural war. I will not make any arguments about the war’s morality and instead focus solely on why it is in the interests of many European nationalists to support Ukraine.

Because Europe has no power of its own, Ukraine has only two options: it can either be part of the Russian or the American zones of influence. To be part of Europe was never an option for Ukraine. It could not become so, because an independent Europe does not exist.

How did it come to pass, that nobody needs to care about us Europeans? The EU nations combined have an army that is twice the size of the Russian army, and they have a stronger economy than does the US. Nevertheless we are still completely dominated by these foreign powers. This begs the question: do we need a different form for the organization of Europe? Yes we do!

We need an independent Europe. We should not believe that the Russians or the Americans will ever respect us. And why should they? It is our job to protect our continent. And it is their job to take care of their countries. They just see that we don’t do it.

Today we Europeans are vassals of the US. That is the reality.

If we want to be free again, if we want to be independent, if we want to be able to make our own decisions about what happens in Europe, if we want to stop being the laughingstock of other powers, we must find a way to reorganize the strengths that Europe actually has.

“Brotherhood” appeared in 1953 as a four-part series under the name of Frederick Chas. F. Weiss, over four issues of the National Renaissance Bulletin (June, July, October, and December). It is suggested that Yockey had considerable input into this essay, if not the majority of input. Yockey was back in the United States in late 1952, departing to work at the propaganda department of the Egyptian government in early 1953. It was in 1952 that Yockey had met Weiss, and was assisting Weiss’ colleague H. Keith Thompson with writing to the US State Department regarding the jailing of Major General Otto Remer and the banning of the Socialist Reich Party in Germany, under the name of the Committee for International Justice. It seems plausible that Yockey would assist Weiss with the writing of “Brotherhood” in late 1952; a time during which the FBI noted that they had received information that Yockey was writing Weiss’ material, although joint authorship seems more likely.

Again, the theme is Spenglerian, in particular the theme of a Bolshevik-led “class war” and a race war of the colored world (through both internal and external revolts) against the white nations, which is a major theme of Spengler’s last book, The Hour of Decision. However, in “Brotherhood,” the focus is on the subversive character of modern Christianity, with its worldly ideology that has become a tool of the “Jewish Consensus” and its Left-liberal allies, an antithesis of the “Gothic Christianity” that Yockey described in Imperium and elsewhere as providing the foundations of Western High Culture and the defense mechanism against Jewish culture-pathology and usury. Now, the religion of the churches had become that of “Brotherhood,” and the vitality of the West was and is being sapped to oblivion.

From the “Right” of the churches there is a “prosperity gospel” that is particularly avid in its support for the “Jewish Consensus”; from the “Left,” “Brotherhood” has become the predominant gospel, with the focus being on feminism, homosexuality, “racism,” and open borders, and one does not even have to profess faith in Jesus as the supernatural Son of God, nor in “God the Father” (patriarchy), not only to be a “Christian” but even to become a minister of the new social gospel. While Protestantism showed the first signs of rot in its very foundation, the Catholic Church finally succumbed to it with Vatican II during the 1960s. What remains is the spirit of Bolshevism.

🇨🇭In the debate over Switzerland’s role during the Second World War,
the nationalist Swiss Democrats (SD) opposed any left-wing reappraisal of Switzerland’s history. In the debate over the unclaimed Jewish assets in Swiss banks, SD president and National Councillor Rudolf Keller had already denounced ‘the unprecedented dirty campaign of the international and national press which is dragging our country and particularly our Second World War generation through the mud’. It was also Keller, in July 1998, who signed a call launched by the Swiss Democrats to boycott ‘all American and U.S. Jewish goods, restaurants and vacation offers’ until there was a halt to the attacks against Switzerland. As the statement bore resemblance to ‘Do not buy from Jews’ – the call for a boycott that had been issued by the National Socialists – Keller was arraigned on charges of breaking the anti-racism law, although the Council of States ultimately refused to lift Keller’s parliamentary immunity.

RACIAL SEPARATION
Race is the main determining factor in nationality. Racially mixed societies cannot form one nation and are therefore unstable. No one race is 'superior' to others, but they are all different. Racial integration threatens all races. Humane repatriation is better for us all than endless repression and racial violence.
