The investigation, conducted over nearly 21 months, relied on an on-site examination of the targeted location, testimonies from survivors and eyewitnesses, technical analysis, and precise temporal and spatial mapping. It reveals that Israeli military aircraft deliberately targeted a displaced family, killing 15 civilians, including 13 children and women, without issuing any effective prior warning or taking meaningful precautionary measures.
